We are seeking a Senior Manager to play a critical role in supporting our Customer Success and Care organization. This role will partner closely with FP&A, Care Operations, Customer Experience Analytics, and Customer Success organizations. This is a high-impact role that will partner across teams with the opportunity to drive long-term shareholder value.

About this roll* (Responsibilities) 

  • Serve as the Finance business partner to key decision makers for Customer Success and Care, and partner with them in weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual strategic and financial planning discussions.
  • Analyze business results, forecast to actual variances and trends, and communicate important takeaways and actionable insights, including identifying risks and opportunities
  • Design, implement and track important metrics to measure performance against strategic goals, identify emerging trends and provide insights about the drivers of performance
  • Collaborate across Care Operations, Customer Analytics, Customer Success, Customer Experience, and Business Intelligence to identify and understand complex relationships between key drivers of our business
  • Act as a strategic partner, providing financial expertise and guidance on how to evaluate multiple investment opportunities to drive return on investment
  • Complete ad-hoc business projects and financial modeling analysis that drive decision-making
  • Frame and break down complex problems into key components, analyze large datasets to drive actionable insights
  • Grow and develop a team of high performing financial professionals

Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements)

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 12+ years of strategic finance, operational finance, FP&A, or investment banking experience at a high-growth tech company
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with proven success partnering and collaborating across a wide spectrum of stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth and evolving environment
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills. Ability to build robust financial models used by teams throughout the company to size opportunities and build business cases for pursuing new initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to distill complex analyses into structured outputs and present to all levels of management
  • Track record of leading, growing, and developing high-performing teams, with a focus on hands-on development and coaching

The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions, if eligible), benefits, and equity (if eligible).

Pay Range
$145,000$232,000 USD
