This position is ideal for a finance professional with 6–9 years of progressive FP&A experience who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys solving complex business problems, and can influence senior stakeholders with data‑driven recommendations.
Job Description
Financial Planning & Forecasting
Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long‑range planning processes.
Partner with business leaders to translate strategic objectives into financial targets.
Build and refine financial models to support scenario planning and decision‑making.
Business Performance & Analytics
Analyze monthly and quarterly performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
Deliver clear, actionable insights to senior leadership through dashboards, reports, and presentations.
Drive improvements in KPIs, margin performance, and cost optimization initiatives.
Management Reporting
Own the preparation of monthly business review decks, board‑level reporting, and executive summaries.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all financial reporting.
Standardize reporting frameworks and enhance automation where possible.
Strategic Finance & Decision Support
Support strategic initiatives such as pricing, new product evaluation, market expansion, and capital allocation.
Conduct ROI analyses, investment appraisals, and financial due diligence for key projects.
Act as a trusted advisor to cross‑functional teams, providing financial guidance and challenge.
Leadership & Collaboration
Manage and mentor a small team of analysts, fostering a culture of curiosity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with Accounting, Operations, Sales, HR, and other functions to ensure alignment and transparency.
Champion best practices in financial processes, systems, and controls.
6–9 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related fields.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems (e.g., SAP, BPC, Power BI, Alteryx).
Experience presenting to senior leadership and influencing decision‑making.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality output under tight timelines.
MBA, CA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
Strategic thinking with strong business acumen
Excellent communication and storytelling skills
High attention to detail with the ability to zoom out for big‑picture insights
Leadership presence and stakeholder management
Problem‑solving mindset with a bias for action
