  • Identify cross-portfolio connections, dependencies, risks, and resourcing considerations, drive alignment and action across teams

  • Provide clear, actionable insights that enable leaders to make informed decisions about scope, sequencing, and investment

Team Operations & Organizational Effectiveness

  • Design and manage operating rhythms for the leadership team, including leadership meetings, planning cycles, decision-making cadences, and review forums

  • Establish and reinforce team norms, communication practices, and workflows that promote alignment, transparency, and organizational efficiency

  • Coordinate leadership offsites, strategic planning sessions, organizational reviews, and other key touchpoints that strengthen cohesion and team performance

  • Serve as an integrator across the leadership team, ensuring information flows smoothly and priorities are well understood

  • Support broader organizational processes and communication channels to promote clarity, engagement, and consistent ways of working across teams

  • Drive adoption of shared processes, governance standards, and operating practices across the organization

Program Management Methodology & Tooling

  • Partner with the PMO to maintain, evolve, and govern program management methodologies

  • Ensure methodologies and governance standards are applied consistently across teams

  • Co-develop improvements to program management tooling—including Airtable architectures, automations, templates, and governance artifacts

  • Support continuous improvement of program operations, reporting structures, KPIs, and ways of working

Data, Insights, and Decision Support

  • Develop metrics and reporting that convert program and portfolio data into actionable insights

  • Support annual planning, quarterly reviews, and strategic prioritization discussions with high-quality analysis and recommendations

  • Lead and develop a small, high-performing team focused on portfolio analytics, tooling, governance, and operational excellence

  • Support skill development, provide clear expectations, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

  • Model strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration

  • Strong analytical and data storytelling skills, with experience producing executive-ready insights and recommendations

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management abilities

  • Experience managing or coaching teams and fostering high performance
