Summary:

The Senior Manager, Inside Sales leads the strategic direction, execution, and performance of Tekion’s inside sales organization. This role is responsible for scaling outbound and inbound sales functions, optimizing pipeline generation, and building a high-performing team aligned with revenue goals. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales leader with expertise in sales development, operations, and cross-functional collaboration to drive scalable growth.


Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Define and lead the strategy for Tekion’s inside sales team across inbound, outbound, and lead qualification functions
  • Manage, coach, and develop inside sales managers and representatives to achieve pipeline generation and conversion targets
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Field Sales, and RevOps to align lead generation strategy, campaign execution, and territory planning
  • Establish scalable processes, outreach playbooks, and enablement programs that improve efficiency and outcomes
  • Monitor key performance metrics and drive continuous improvement through data, feedback, and coaching
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to contribute to forecasting, territory design, headcount planning, and budget decisions
  • Drive hiring, onboarding, and development plans to build a strong inside sales talent pipeline

Qualifications:
  • 8–10 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or sales leadership, with 4+ years in a managerial capacity
  • Proven success scaling inside sales teams and delivering on pipeline and conversion goals
  • Strong background in sales process design, enablement, and CRM best practices (Salesforce expertise required)
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications preferred

The salary range describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this position across applicable US locations. The actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. In addition to the compensation listed, this position may be eligible for equity compensation, and/or a bonus or commission whereby total compensation may exceed base salary depending on individual or company performance. Base Salary Range
$78,375$130,500 USD
