Secure Every Identity, from AI to Human
Identity is the key to unlocking the potential of AI. Okta secures AI by building the trusted, neutral infrastructure that enables organizations to safely embrace this new era. This work requires a relentless drive to solve complex challenges with real-world stakes. We are looking for builders and owners who operate with speed and urgency and execute with excellence.
This is an opportunity to do career-defining work. We're all in on this mission. If you are too, let's talk.

We're hiring a Senior Manager to lead and architect Okta's ISV ecosystem from the ground up. This is  an industry-defining opportunity to build a new, scalable ISV partnership program. You'll shape how Okta engages with, enables, and scales relationships with ISV partners globally.

In this role, you'll build and scale a world-class ISV ecosystem that becomes a differentiator for Okta. You’ll be responsible for designing repeatable, scalable programs that accelerate integrations, drive mutual revenue growth, and position Okta as the ecosystem-first AI security platform.

This role requires expertise in ecosystem design and scaling, combining strategic vision with hands-on program execution. You'll blend systems thinking, scalable program design, GTM execution, creative partnership marketing, and AI-driven operational automation to build a thriving, self-sustaining partner ecosystem that scales without friction.

What You'll Do

  • Architect and execute the ISV ecosystem strategy: Define the vision, structure, and enablement approach for Okta's ISV ecosystem.
  • Focus on the integration experience:  Build scalable frameworks and playbooks that drive new integrations and partner-led use cases
  • Design and implement a scaled partner program: Create repeatable programs, incentive structures, and operating models that attract, enable, and retain ISV partners — from onboarding through integration, and joint GTM.
  • Drive ecosystem thinking across Okta: Partner with product, engineering, sales, and marketing to embed ecosystem principles into Okta's strategy. Position partnerships as a core to defining Okta’s role in AI-security
  • Drive AI innovation across ecosystem operations: Leverage AI and automation to scale partner lifecycle management from intelligent onboarding, to predictive partner health scoring, personalized enablement, and smart co-sell targeting, and manage hundreds of partners effectively.
  • Represent and evangelize the ecosystem: Be the voice of Okta's ISV strategy externally — speaking at partner events, briefings, and executive meetings, and positioning Okta as the ecosystem leader in identity and security.

What You'll Bring

  • 10+ years of ISV/ecosystem management experience with a proven track record of building, scaling, and architecting partner ecosystems; not just managing individual partnerships. You should have examples of creating scalable programs, playbooks, and frameworks that enabled partners to succeed independently.
  • Deep expertise in ecosystem design and scaling: you understand how to build self-sustaining partner programs that grow without proportional increases in headcount. You have ideas and examples of scalable ecosystem approaches that other companies should learn from.
  • Experience working with technical ISV partners (platforms, security, infrastructure, data/AI, SaaS) — and proven ability to drive integrations end-to-end while navigating complex technical and business requirements.
  • Systems thinking**: You're able to design repeatable partnership "plays" and operating models that feel personalized yet scale to hundreds of partners. You think systemically about ecosystem health, incentive alignment, and mutual value creation.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/automation tools and workflows for scaling partner operations — prompt engineering, workflow automation, intelligence pipelines, and AI-driven insights for partner management.

Okta is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply.
