BUILD LOVE 💜

At Superhuman, we have a deep understanding of how to build products that people love. We incorporate fun and play, infusing magic and joy to create experiences that amaze and delight. It all starts with the right team — a team that deeply cares about values, customers, and each other.

CREATE MASSIVE IMPACT 🚀
We’re not solving a small problem, nor are we addressing a small market. We’re reshaping how people work across consumer and business audiences, and lifecycle marketing is core to how we do that responsibly and at scale. The systems, processes, and programs behind our lifecycle engine directly power growth across the Superhuman Platform.
ROLE 👩🏽‍💻👨‍💻

As Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing Operations, you will serve as a senior individual contributor responsible for driving operational excellence across Superhuman’s lifecycle marketing engine, with a strong focus on both Lifecycle Marketing and our Managed Business.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who thrives as a player/coach — leading through influence, expertise, and execution rather than direct people management. You will partner closely with Lifecycle, Growth, Product, Data, and Engineering to ensure our lifecycle programs are scalable, measurable, and built to support Superhuman’s multi-brand future.

You will also play a key role in consolidating brands under the Superhuman Platform, helping ensure seamless lifecycle execution across dedicated business units while enabling thoughtful cross-sell and expansion plays.

WHAT YOU’LL DO ✨
  • Act as a senior IC and operational leader responsible for executing and evolving Superhuman’s lifecycle marketing capabilities across Lifecycle Marketing and Managed Business

  • Operate as a player/coach, supporting teammates through expertise, guidance, and collaboration while owning critical initiatives directly

  • Establish and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships, particularly with Lifecycle, Growth, Product, and Data teams, to drive alignment and shared objectives

  • Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of marketing operations processes, ensuring they are scalable, adaptable, and aligned with platform-level goals

  • Lead change management efforts to improve operational efficiency, system reliability, and execution quality as the organization evolves

  • Oversee and support the execution of lifecycle campaigns across channels, with deep ownership of email marketing automation

  • Own and evolve In-Product Messaging (IPM) and Push Notification capabilities in close partnership with Product and Growth

  • Ensure technical strategy, database hygiene, and audience segmentation are optimized for maximum impact across lifecycle programs

  • Proactively monitor and report on performance using tools like Databricks and Tableau, translating insights into actionable improvements

  • Ensure robust tracking and measurement frameworks are in place to support data-driven decision-making

  • Own email deliverability in Iterable and the overall health of Superhuman’s email ecosystem

  • Drive continuous improvement through experimentation, automation testing, and performance optimization

  • Partner on and influence platform consolidation efforts, helping align lifecycle execution across brands and business units under the Superhuman Platform

  • Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement that support Superhuman’s long-term growth objectives

SOUND LIKE YOU? 🙌
  • 6–8 years of experience in marketing operations, lifecycle marketing, or growth operations, ideally in a scaled SaaS environment

  • Strong desire to lead as a senior individual contributor, influencing outcomes through expertise rather than people management

  • Deep experience with email marketing platforms and automation (Iterable strongly preferred), including deliverability best practices

  • Hands-on experience with marketing data pipelines and reverse ETL tools such as Hightouch

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using Databricks, Tableau, or similar tools to monitor and optimize performance

  • Proven ability to design and maintain scalable lifecycle systems and processes across complex organizations

  • Comfortable partnering deeply with Product, Growth, and Data teams in fast-moving environments

  • Experience with in-product messaging, push notifications, or multi-channel lifecycle orchestration is a plus

  • Working knowledge of SQL and data modeling is a plus

  • Interest in AI-powered products and the future of how people work
