Senior Manager, Marketing Operations
SecurityScorecard is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations to help administrate marketing systems and processes, enable the marketing team to operate efficiently to scale productively, and optimize the full journey of marketing leads to pipegen conversion.
As a partner across business units (Marketing, Revenue Ops, Sales, IT and Finance), you will develop and execute operational processes solving tough challenges and drive greater operational rigor within Marketing.
Key Responsibilities- Improve marketing effectiveness by establishing a rigorous approach to operational processes impacting pipegen target attainment.
- Support management of the Marketing tech stack including tool selection, implementation and driving ongoing user enablement and adoption.
- Scale and optimize repeatable, data-driven plays across marketing channels to improve lead-to-meeting conversion, pipeline generation, and funnel efficiency.
- Ensure reporting consistency, scalability, and accuracy across the entire marketing organization for strategic programs and campaigns.
- Lead the marketing database strategy including growth, enrichment, hygiene, and governance.
- Own lead management and routing. Partner with BDR and Sales teams to ensure proper lead follow up, disposition and progression.
- Manage the marketing lead lifecycle and qualification process to ensure prospects and customers receive timely, relevant follow-up from our sales teams.
- Drive data best practices to ensure data integrity and data hygiene across Marketo and CRM (Salesforce.com).
- Oversee marketing project management and intake request model, ensuring adherence to SLA framework for on-time delivery of quality campaigns.
- Build reports, email marketing audiences and sales outreach audiences.
- Collaborate across business and technical teams, build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Identify trends and surface insights to improve top, middle and bottom-of-funnel inbound processes and activity.
Experience Requirement
- 5+ years’ experience in Marketing Operations at an Enterprise B2B (high tech) organization.
- Strong knowledge of MAP (Marketo preferred) and CRM (Salesforce preferred).
- Experience with best-in-class MarTech stack, including ABM, database, and outreach tools (Outreach, 6Sense, ZoomInfo, LeanData preferred).
- Fluency in B2B marketing.
- Tolerance for ambiguity and ability to work in a fast-changing environment, with a sense of urgency.
- Extreme attention to detail to prevent issues from arising and great at troubleshooting and resolving quickly, if they do
- Demonstrated organizational, planning and project management skills; the ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems and manage multiple initiatives.
- Ability to seek diverse input from multiple stakeholders to drive innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Marketo Experience preferred (Marketo certification a plus)

The estimated total compensation range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 (base plus bonus). Actual compensation for the position is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to affordability, skills, qualifications and experience, and may vary from the range. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible for annual performance-based incentive compensation awards and equity, among other company benefits.
