  • Analyze success of marketing channels and campaigns to determine Marketing ROI and inform future resource allocation decisions

  • Own marketing performance reporting, building a clear and reliable view of funnel performance and pipeline

  • Define and uphold data governance, segmentation, and database health across marketing systems

  • Work closely with GTM teams to streamline lead handoff processes and support sales teams with actionable insights and reports

Your background looks something like this

  • 4+years in Marketing Operations or RevOps, supporting B2B sales-led company

  • Hands-on experience administering Hubspot, Salesforce, Clay, and Default

  • Deep expertise with lead routing, lead-to-account matching, and data orchestration workflows using workflow automation tools.

  • Proven ability to design automated workflows, operational processes, and scalable cross-system integrations.

  • Experience using AI-driven tools or agentic workflows to automate GTM tasks and enrich firmographic and demographic data

  • Strong analytical, system design, and documentation skills; able to translate business needs into scalable technical workflows.

  • Direct communicator with the operational discipline to document what you build and bring others along on changes

  • Comfortable with ambiguity in a high-growth environment; you scope the problem, then move

Even better if you have

  • Experience supporting multi-segment GTM motions (SMB + Enterprise, or PLG + Sales-led)

  • Exposure to partner ecosystem tooling
