As a Senior Manager of Product Development at Epicor, you will set the direction for the development, support, and delivery of analytics-driven applications. You will lead the full product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring seamless integration of database solutions and the effective deployment of business intelligence tools. You will be responsible for driving product strategy, guiding technical teams, and delivering scalable analytics solutions. We are seeking applicants with strong leadership skills, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to drive innovation within data and product environments.
What you will be doing:
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from planning and requirements gathering through design, testing, and deployment
  • Provide technical leadership and strategic direction to drive innovative software and analytics solutions
  • Oversee the development and optimization of Oracle database solutions and business intelligence tools
  • Manage and mentor software and data teams, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment
  • Establish priorities, goals, and project plans, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
  • Drive the effective use of JIRA for project tracking, collaboration, and delivery execution
  • Utilize Linux expertise to support system operations, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
What you will likely bring:
  • 10+ years’ experience in product development, data analytics, or related technical fields, with 5+ years managing and developing teams
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to guide technical teams and influence stakeholders
  • Expertise in Oracle database technologies and experience working within data and BI environments
  • Proficiency with JIRA and hands-on experience managing agile or structured development workflows
  • Experience delivering analytics products and strong expertise in MicroStrategy as a primary BI tool
  • Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field

  • Proven track record leading complex product development initiatives from concept through successful launch
  • Experience developing and executing product strategies aligned to business growth objectives
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Linux and advanced database environments
  • Experience with additional BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau

  • Experience within automotive or related industries

Range:

Minimum: $163,000 USD Maximum: $277,000 USD

The salary range provided reflects the national average for this job title and does not represent compensation specific to Epicor Software Corporation. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and market factors relevant to the position.
