About LoopMe

LoopMe uses AI to change how brand advertising is bought, measured, and optimised. Where most adtech platforms optimise for impressions or clicks, we optimise for what actually matters to brands — awareness, purchase intent, foot traffic, and sales. Our outcomes-based approach consistently delivers 2–5x the performance of industry benchmarks, which is why the world's leading brands, agencies, and publishers work with us.

We've grown at 40% CAGR every year since 2018, generating over $2 billion in cumulative gross revenue, and we're building toward $1 billion in annual revenue. That growth is powered by a 400-person global team across 19 cities — and by commercial talent that knows how to sell something genuinely differentiated in a crowded market. If you want to represent a product that wins on results, not relationships alone, this is the right place.

The opportunity

You join LoopMe's global Marketplace team on the supply side, owning new publisher development across the mobile ecosystem in the Americas. You're responsible for identifying, negotiating, and closing mobile advertising and monetisation agreements with leading mobile apps and publishing companies — spanning gaming and non-gaming — and for growing those partnerships over time. This role reports to the Director of Developer Sales, Americas

What you'll do

  • Identify new prospects and build publisher relationships across gaming and non-gaming mobile apps in the Americas.
  • Initiate conversations with publishers seeking monetisation solutions, leading negotiations and closing mobile advertising and monetisation agreements
  • Develop a deep understanding of each publisher's business model and technical requirements to pitch strategies that drive incremental value
  • Partner with Demand, Marketing, and Legal teams to ensure publisher needs are fully addressed throughout the deal process
  • Monitor industry developments and market innovations to proactively surface new partnership opportunities
  • Track and analyse performance metrics, driving improvements to monetisation outcomes through cross-functional collaboration
  • Work with Account Managers to grow existing partnerships by identifying new opportunities through data-driven analysis

What you'll bring

Essential

  • Experience in business development, monetisation, or client management within AdTech, with a demonstrable track record of closing and growing new publisher partnerships
  • An understanding of the mobile publishing ecosystem — including the commercial and technical requirements of gaming and non-gaming app publishers
  • The ability to craft tailored pitches and present monetisation strategies clearly and persuasively to senior stakeholders
  • Comfort driving initiatives independently in a fast-moving environment and seeing them through to completion
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or a comparable CRM

Nice to have

  • Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese
  • Experience with mobile app monetisation platforms or supply-side partnerships

What we can offer

  • Bonus
  • Hybrid working — Tues–Thurs in our Union Square office
  • Self-Managed Vacation policy (no max on annual leave!)
  • 1 month work-from-anywhere
  • Healthcare
  • 401k
  • Summer Fridays (half-day Fridays, Memorial Day through Labor Day)
  • LoopMe Gives Back
  • Learning & development support, including internal mobility and bi-annual promotion cycles

Our Compensation and Benefits (for California residents only)

$150,000 - $200,000

In accordance with California State Law, the range provided is LoopMe’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location. All employees may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as stock-based compensation, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. LoopMe also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions.
