Position Overview
We are seeking a forward-thinking operator and marketer to architect the future of Applied Systems' demand generation engine. You will lead the transformation of today's email-focused campaigns into a new sales and product adoption engine that delivers the right message to the right person at the right moment of intent. This will apply to traditional inbound demand generation, as well as supplementing/supporting outbound sales efforts. To do this, you will own the architecture of our customer lifecycle and database management/health, orchestrating data, technology, AI, and automation to transform how we operate . This is a high-visibility role within Revenue Operations and Marketing, and will require close alignment with Sales, Customer Experience, Field Marketing, Product Marketing and Digital Marketing to deliver new sales and retention/adoption outcomes, requiring a blend of technical sophistication, strategic business acumen, and change management leadership.

Our targeted starting base salary in the United States for this position ranges from 125,000 - 150,000 USD . T o determi ne a new team member's starting pay, we consider a variety of factors, including someone's depth, breadth, and variety of experience, skills, and responsibilities. What You'll Do
- Revenue Lifecycle Journey Design: Act as the architect of multichannel revenue lifecycle journey's leveraging digital intent signals, automated triggers, AI and customer data profiles to deliver timely and personalization communications
- Demand Tech Strategy: Be a champion of innovation, recommending new ways of bringing engagement across the customer lifecycle and leveraging technology and Ai to advance Applied's executional capabilities
- Email Marketing Operations: Drive the strategy, structure and evolution of Applied's global email marketing programs taking it from campaign to journey focused
- Database Segmentation and Health: Own audience development and segmentation logic across Applied's brands within the MAP and CRM. Ensure the database remains healthy, monitoring the volume of unsubscribes and new contacts added and develop strategies for adjusting pipeline where necessary.
- Campaign Execution: Lead the campaign operations function in scaling lifecycle campaigns, ensuring flawless execution and segmentation accuracy
- Testing and Optimization: Foster a data driven, test and learn culture across email, chat and other core channels
- Success Measurement: Define and measure key performance indicators, lead weekly and monthly reviews and recommend ways to improve performance to achieve business outcomes
- Digital Experiences: Partner with Digital Marketing, Customer Experience and Sales to develop connected digital experiences across channels
- People Management: Manage, train and mentor a high-performing team of individual contributors, fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement
We're Excited to Learn More About You
Your experience may include:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Automation or Email Marketing, with at-least 5+ years in a people management role
- Deep expertise on marketing automation tools (Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot), and email marketing best practices
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data structure
- Familiarity with HTML and email template development
- Prior experience in the B2B space
You may have other skills or credentials, including:
- Demonstrated experience turning high-level business goals into scalable operational processes and executable campaigns strategies
- Proven ability to lead, coach and motivate a team of individual contributors
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
