If you received an email requesting this information it is likely a scam. We are only accepting candidates through our job board.

The Opportunity

Blueberry is scaling its partnerships with health plans and employers to bring 24/7 pediatric care to families nationwide. We need a hands-on Sales Operations leader who can make our pipeline more reliable, our sales team more productive, and our growth organization more effective.

Reporting to the Head of B2B Growth, you will be an operational partner to sales leadership and work closely with marketing, client success, finance, and other teams. This is an individual contributor role today, with the opportunity to build and lead a broader function as we grow. You will personally configure HubSpot Sales Hub, analyze data, improve processes, and follow through on operational issues.

What You’ll Own

Pipeline Visibility, HubSpot Sales Hub & Accountability

  • Own hands-on HubSpot Sales Hub administration, including workflows, properties, deal stages, automation, dashboards, and troubleshooting.

  • Establish CRM governance, data standards, stage definitions, and reporting consistency; partner with sales leadership to drive adoption and accountability.

  • Own pipeline dashboards and reporting for deal reviews, forecasting, executive updates, and planning. Surface stale deals, unrealistic close dates, missing next steps, conversion trends, and emerging risks before they become surprises.

  • Translate data into recommendations and follow through on corrective actions. Sales leadership retains accountability for deal execution and forecast commitments.

Sales Productivity & Operational Efficiency

  • Build and continuously improve repeatable sales processes from prospecting through contracting and client handoff, including tracking deadlines, commitments, and follow-ups.

  • Identify and implement practical AI and automation use cases for research, reporting, workflow efficiency, and access to sales information; validate outputs and safeguard confidential information.

  • Support account and territory planning, quota tracking, proposals, RFP coordination, and other operational requirements of complex B2B sales cycles.

  • Maintain an organized library of presentations, case studies, RFP responses, playbooks, and onboarding resources; partner with marketing and subject matter experts on content rather than owning all content creation.

Proactive Operational Partnership

  • Act as a proactive partner to the Head of B2B Growth: anticipate issues, identify root causes, recommend solutions, and drive agreed actions to completion.

  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, client success, and finance to remove bottlenecks and improve the handoff and execution of opportunities.

  • Bring sound judgment, a bias for action, and the confidence to respectfully challenge inconsistent data, weak processes, and unsupported assumptions.

What Success Looks Like

In the first 90 days, assess HubSpot Sales Hub and existing workflows, establish a credible baseline for pipeline reporting and data quality, identify priority gaps, and deliver initial improvements. Within six months, leadership should have more dependable visibility into the pipeline, salespeople should spend less time on avoidable administrative work, and key operating issues should be surfaced and resolved proactively. Specific measures and priorities will be agreed with sales leadership.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of relevant Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or closely related experience, with demonstrated hands-on ownership.

  • Advanced HubSpot Sales Hub administration experience, including personally building and maintaining workflows, reports, automations, and CRM structures.

  • Strong pipeline analysis, forecasting support, reporting, and Excel or Google Sheets skills, plus the ability to explain what the numbers mean.

  • A track record of improving processes and driving adoption in fast-changing environments without relying on a large support team.

  • Strong communication, organization, judgment, and the ability to move comfortably between strategic problem-solving and detailed execution.

Preferred: Practical experience implementing AI-enabled workflows or automation, and experience in healthcare, health plans, enterprise SaaS, value-based care, or other complex B2B sales environments.
