About Us

Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar.
Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes.
1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview.
We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law.
Joining Legora means three things.

  • We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions.

  • We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback.

  • We grow together: as a team and with our customers.

Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts.

If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place.

The Role

We are looking for a visionary Senior Manager, Talent Operations to build our Talent Operations function from the ground up. This is a high-impact, foundational role where you will design the systems, processes, and programs that enable us to scale our global team with excellence. You will report to the VP of Talent, as part of the Talent leadership team.

As our first Talent Operations team member, you will define the roadmap for our global Talent team, ensuring that as Legora scales in new and existing markets, our talent strategy remains consistent, data-driven, and highly efficient.

What You'll Do

  • Process Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of scalable recruiting processes and governance. You will drive global standards while empowering local teams to maintain ownership and cultural relevance.

  • Program Ownership: Own and optimize critical programs, including interview excellence, employee referrals and internal mobility, to ensure a world-class candidate and interviewer experience.

  • Data & Insights Mastery: Transform how we influence hiring decisions by establishing clear KPIs and reporting. You will be responsible for upskilling the entire Talent team to ensure that we’re a data-driven organization.

  • TA Growth & Enablement: Directly enable the growth of our people by designing onboarding and continuous upskilling programs for the Talent team.

  • Systems Innovation: Own our talent tech stack, focusing on the deep optimization of Ashby while identifying and integrating AI-forward systems to keep us at the cutting edge.

  • Talent Strategy: partner with the People leadership team to build and enable our long-term talent strategy as we scale globally.

What You Bring

  • Foundational Experience: Proven track record in a senior Talent Acquisition or People Operations role, ideally having built or significantly scaled a function in a high-growth environment.

  • Analytical Acumen: Strong ability to build predictive workforce analytics and translate complex data into actionable business insights.

  • Operational Excellence: Deep expertise in systems (specifically Ashby) and the ability to align priorities across diverse global teams.

  • Builder's Mindset: You thrive in ambiguity and are eager to create the "Legora way" for talent operations from scratch.

  • Cross-Functional Influence: Demonstrated ability to drive operational cohesion and align priorities across Finance, Legal, and People teams.

What's In It For You
  • Global collaboration: Partner with teams and clients across Stockholm, New York, London, and Sydney.

  • Competitive package: Comprehensive salary, benefits, and tools for success.

  • Meaningful work: Your efforts shape how thousands of lawyers use AI daily.

  • In-person environment: Union Square office designed for ambitious builders and company provided lunch daily.

  • Benefits & Perks: We invest in our people with a comprehensive, thoughtfully designed benefits package:
