Our Technical Training Programs team within Enablement and Education Services will play a vital role in crafting how our partners harness NVIDIA technologies. This role offers a rare opportunity to lead technical training initiatives for solutions architects at NVIDIA and its partners. These initiatives empower our partners to build the next wave of AI factories. If you are passionate about innovative technology and education, this position is tailor-made for you! This role is based in North America and reports to the Vice President of Education Services and Enablement.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading a structured assessment of technical training requests across various teams and collaborators, evaluating, approving, and routing each request based on strategic fit and resource availability.

  • Building a repeatable governance process to scale with the growing training volume, eliminating redundancy, and guiding requestors to existing assets.

  • Partnering with curriculum teams to adapt the NVIDIA Academy portfolio for partner audiences, ensuring it meets their specific needs.

  • Co-instructing partner workshops and serving as a trusted training advisor within the NPN community.

  • Managing the training programs team for NVIDIA Infrastructure Services.

  • Supporting the rollout of the NVIS onboarding and training framework alongside cross-functional partners.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 12+ overall years of professional experience, including 4+ years in leading or managing technical training, enablement, or technical program management.

  • Working proficiency with NVIDIA's technology stack or a demonstrated ability to quickly master complex technical platforms.

  • Proven success in driving alignment across a fast paced, matrixed organization with multiple collaborators.

  • Strong communication and facilitation abilities, with experience presenting technical content to varied audiences.

  • Good judgment under competing priorities, with the confidence to make clear decisions and explain the rationale to requestors.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Master’s or advanced degree in a technical field.

  • Direct familiarity with NVIDIA partner programs (NPN, NCP) or enterprise field sales operations.

  • Background in co-developing curriculum with product or engineering teams in a hyper-growth technology environment.

  • Hands-on delivery experience in AI, accelerated computing, or data center infrastructure training.

Widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers, NVIDIA offers highly competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 240,000 USD - 379,500 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
