I'm Lucy Diaz, Marketing Strategy Lead at Teamworks. Our team has the unique opportunity to operate in one of the fastest-moving industries out there. Every day, we work at the intersection of sports and technology, helping some of the world's leading sports organizations unlock new ways to perform, connect, and succeed.

We're looking for a talented Sr. Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our Operations category marketing, from strategy to execution, while helping shape where the category goes next. This is a great fit for someone who's passionate about sports, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to make a real impact at the global leader in sports technology.

This isn't a role for someone who wants a tidy task list. It's for someone who thrives in complexity, moves fast, brings creative ideas to life, and holds a high bar across everything they deliver.

If you're energized by innovation, enjoy collaborating across teams, and want to help shape the future of the industry, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role
  • Own the end-to-end marketing strategy for Teamworks' Operations product category, from brief through execution

  • Lead integrated, multi-channel campaigns that move buyers through the funnel -- awareness to pipeline -- across professional sports and collegiate athletics markets

  • Generate pipeline opportunities for the Sales team by creating compelling content, delivering engaging webinars and events, and partnering closely with Business Development to execute targeted outreach campaigns that resonate with key audiences and drive demand

  • Build and manage the content and campaign calendar for the Operations category, creating structure and visibility

  • Drive event strategy for events and webinars, showing up in the right rooms with purpose and a clear point of view

  • Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to develop campaign briefs, inform creative development, and contribute to broader GTM execution

  • Analyze campaign performance, extract insights, and make the case for what to change -- this role owns the story of why the numbers move

What I'm Looking ForWhat You Must Bring
  • 6-8 years of integrated marketing campaign experience and/or B2B demand generation, with a track record of owning campaigns from strategy through execution, not just contributing to them

  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously without losing quality or momentum

  • The maturity to work autonomously and influence without authority -- this role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Product, and the people you'll work with have strong opinions

  • A genuine point of view on marketing -- you come in with perspective from other companies and aren't looking to replicate what's already been done

  • You’re comfortable working across HubSpot, Figma, AI tools, and Notion, and are always looking for ways to leverage technology to work more efficiently and deliver higher-quality results

  • A genuine understanding of the sports industry, its trends, its organizations, and what motivates the people who work within it

  • AI-augmented workflow, you use AI actively as a creative and operational collaborator — for drafting, iterating, building tools, and accelerating repeatable tasks. You're not just AI-curious; you're AI-productive

Even Better If
  • You have B2B SaaS experience and know what good demand gen looks like at a scaling technology company

  • You have a genuine passion for sports and an interest in how professional and collegiate sports organizations operate and make decisions.

  • You're already using AI tools and automation platforms to move faster and produce more without adding headcount

This role is not eligible for sponsorship at this time.
