Who you are:

As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you are our visionary, bringing countless campaigns to life one idea at a time. In this role, you will play an integral part of the day-to-day marketing responsibilities to ensure we are accomplishing our goals. Our specialist enjoy collaboration, often working with both in-house staff and agency partners to develop strategies and marketing materials for various campaigns. You will use your critical thinking skills, innovative personality, and passion for marketing to help implement various marketing strategies and remain competitive amongst are competitors.

What you’ll do: 

  • Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitive offerings and demographic data
  • Collaborate with line of business teams to understand business objectives and develop, recommend, and implement marketing strategies to achieve business goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including line of business liaisons, production, creative, digital marketing and agency partners to market products and services
  • Own the implementation and execution of marketing campaigns to acquire new customers and deepen relationships with existing customers
  • Always take action using integrity, caring and excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or communications
  • 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably at a bank or financial institution
  • Demonstrated ability to develop effective and innovative marketing strategies to drive improvements to business performance and customer experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Ability to develop relationships and trust with internal and external partners
  • Constantly seeks improvement and embraces innovation
  • Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
