About The Role

Mochi Health is seeking a Senior Offline Growth Manager to own and scale our growth initiatives across all offline channels. You will set the strategy and lead execution for TV (linear and OTT), Streaming Video, Radio, Direct Mail, Streaming Audio, and Podcasts, driving measurable business impact and efficient customer acquisition at scale.

In this role, you will function as the offline center of excellence. You will define the roadmap, set KPIs, manage agencies and partners, and oversee creative development with a strong emphasis on TV commercial production. You will work cross-functionally with design, product, analytics, and operations, and report directly to Mochi’s Head of Growth.

The ideal candidate combines strategic leadership with hands-on performance expertise, has deep experience scaling offline channels, and is comfortable operating in an ambiguous, fast-moving startup environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive all aspects of offline media strategy and execution for the growth team: planning, vendor management, execution, reporting, analytics and optimization, as well partnering with our Design team on advertising planning and development.
  • Achieve numeric conversion goals at or below the target customer acquisition cost against an offline media budget in the $10’s of millions monthly.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the marketing team on integrated campaigns, and a coordinated messaging strategy.
  • Partner with analytics to evaluate ongoing campaign performance, including questions of attribution, and assess the results of creative or other testing.
  • Manage day to day relationships with offline media vendors and agencies to drive optimal performance.
  • Extract campaign and channel insights and transform them into actionable changes that will drive channel efficiencies and accelerate performance.
Who You Are
  • 5-7+ years' experience in a performance driven role with a proven track record planning and executing offline media channels with strong experience overseeing TV commercial production preferred
  • Demonstrable experience managing a substantial (>$1m / month) media budget
  • Bias toward action and high velocity of experimentation to develop learning that improve performance
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple agencies and vendors and hold them accountable for timely and high-quality results
  • A self-starter that is comfortable in a quickly changing startup environment
