We are looking for a talented individual…

To join our team as a Senior Operations Finance Analyst supporting our East Region program managers! In this role, you will serve as a trusted finance partner to Operations, delivering Client and Program Financial Analysis — covering revenue, labor, and expenses — Program Budget and Forecasting support, and Program KPI support. You will prepare financial analysis that informs business objectives and program management activities, with a particularly active role supporting the operations team through their forecasting process. Strong, frequent communication with program managers and cross-functional partners is essential to success in this role.

  • Partner closely with program managers to analyze labor costs and program budgets

  • Manage program data and conduct financial analysis, including forecasting

  • Conduct variance analysis and reconciliations against forecasts and contractual program budgets

  • Act as a liaison between Operations and Corporate Business/Finance to answer questions and research issues

  • Compile budget analyses and comparisons, delivering insightful analysis with risk-mitigation recommendations

  • Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as requested, interpreting results and recommending actions

  • Support process improvements and system functionality enhancements, producing process documentation and identifying downstream dependencies

  • Partner with program managers to establish key financial measures for business strategies, support management initiatives like process standardization, and protect the organization's value by keeping information confidential

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…

  • 6+ years of applicable experience in finance or business analysis

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business

Tools Knowledge:

  • MS Office, with strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling

  • Preferred but not required: experience with ERP/financial systems, budgeting and forecasting tools, or others as defined by the specific position

Target Compensation:

$100,000.00

DOT Requirements

If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

Compensation Range

$81,400.00 - $122,000.00

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
