At Commure, we're building the AI Operating System for healthcare, the foundation that defines how care is delivered, documented, and financed. Our platform spans the full care journey: Ambient AI and Dictation eliminating documentation burden at the point of care, intelligent Agents automating patient and revenue workflows, and autonomous RCM processing billions in claims, all on a single AI-native platform integrated with 60+ EHRs.

Healthcare carries a $1 trillion administrative burden and we're at the center of transforming it. Today, 500,000+ clinicians across 500+ healthcare organizations nationwide trust Commure to handle $25B+ in annual claims and support over 200 million patient interactions. Our latest $70M raise at a $7B valuation reflects the confidence the market has placed in this mission. We've also been named to the Fortune Future 50 list and the 2026 AI Breakthrough Awards for “Overall NLP Company of the Year.”

Our team works directly alongside clinicians, not through layers of process, which means the gap between what you build and its impact on patient care is immediate. We move fast, deploy daily, and take full ownership from early thinking to production. If you're energized by hard problems, high stakes, and a team that holds itself to a high bar, you'll find your people here.

The future of healthcare is being built right now. Come deliver this transformation.

About the Role

Commure's RCM product grew up serving outpatient and ambulatory practices. We're now taking it into hospitals, and that's a different job: dozens of tax IDs, several EHRs, a revenue integrity team that tests you in week one, a CFO who wants a number by Friday. This role is the first hire on the Hospital Billing team, the function we're standing up this year to run those launches.

You'll own hospitals launches end to end, building the process while you're running it. Most roles at this level hand you a playbook. In this one you write it.

You won't do it alone. In addition to deep cross-functional collaboration across Product, Eng, Operations, Sales, and Account Management teams you will work directly with the Hospital Billing GM to define and execute the critical business processes that are required to launch Commure’s largest and most complex customers. If you're coming from an implementation role elsewhere, the difference in scope is real: you keep the account and the number after go-live.

What You'll Do
  • Own hospital launches end to end, from contract signature through stabilized production billing, as the named point of contact for the account

  • Build the hospital launch playbook as you go: diligence playbooks, customer management workflows, detailed rule creation and configuration, and the automation needed to run it, none of which exists yet for hospital billing

  • Work directly with a customer’s leadership and operations teams to translate enterprise complexity (multiple tax IDs, multiple EHRs, institutional adjudication rules) into smoothly executed implementation plans

  • Coordinate daily with Commure's implementation, product, and payer enrollment teams so no account is carried solo

  • Own the account after go-live, driving stable and repeatable collections before transitioning the account to long term management

  • Establish clear SLAs and a clean handoff process with the internal teams we partner with to power successful launches

  • Help define what Launch and Account Management look like as separate functions within Hospital Billing as the team grows

What You Have
  • 6+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or operations at a fast-paced SaaS tech company

  • A demonstrated history of creating opportunities for yourself and seeking ownership positions

  • Comfortable working with data; proficiency in SQL and Excel. SQL or a robust analytical background (finance, consulting) is a plus

  • Expertise in project management: you've deployed multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfortable building process without a playbook: you're not looking for a role where the steps are already written down

  • Project confidence: you can run a meeting with a health system CFO or revenue integrity team and hold your own on a hard subject

  • Confident with ambiguity: you're autonomous, you prioritize well, and you spot blockers before they become escalations

  • Energized by people, relentless about finding the truth in a customer's ask rather than the easy answer

  • Healthcare or RCM experience is a plus, not a filter.
