As part of our team, you'll find an encouraging environment that promotes creativity, collaboration, and excellence. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Process Engineer to drive product identification, labeling, manufacturing readiness, and product configuration processes for data center products throughout the product lifecycle. This role combines deep expertise in labeling and product identification with broader responsibilities across PLM, configuration management, customer requirements, and process optimization. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across engineering, operations, suppliers, and contract manufacturers to turn complex product requirements into accurate, scalable, and executable processes.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Strong cross-functional communication skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, contract manufacturers, and customers.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, ownership, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • BS or higher in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Deep expertise in product identification, barcode verification, and labeling standards, including ISO requirements.

  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Bartender, Codesoft, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or similar label/design software.

  • Strong understanding of PDP/Windchill and the ability to identify opportunities to improve PLM workflows and data flows.

  • Experience identifying process limitations and developing or implementing automation and tooling solutions.

  • Proven ability to simplify complex processes and drive adoption of standardized, scalable solutions across engineering and manufacturing organizations.
