Key Responsibilities

  • Finance Transformation, BPR & Assessments

  • Lead Finance Transformation initiatives, including BPR (Business Process Reengineering) and current-state / future-state assessments

  • Conduct finance maturity assessments, process diagnostics, and gap analysis across R2R, P2P, and O2C

  • Define target operating models, process optimization strategies, and transformation roadmaps

  • Facilitate workshops with Finance stakeholders to redesign processes aligned with best practices and Oracle capabilities

  • Drive value realization through improved efficiency, controls, and financial insights

Presales & Solutioning Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end presales cycles, including solution design, RFP responses, and executive presentations

  • Proactively identify and drive transformation-led opportunities

  • Develop business cases, ROI models, and value articulation aligned to CFO priorities

  • Position Oracle solutions within the broader enterprise transformation context

  • Executive Engagement & Advisory

  • Engage with CFOs, Controllers, and Finance leadership on transformation strategy

  • Lead executive workshops, discovery sessions, and visioning engagements

  • Act as a trusted advisor on finance modernization and digital transformation

  • Communicate complex solutions with clarity, confidence, and business relevanc

  • Architecture & Global Design Leadership

  • Own end-to-end solution architecture for Oracle Fusion Financials across global implementations

  • Lead design workshops and blueprinting sessions for multi-entity, multi-country deployments

  • Ensure alignment with GAAP/IFRS, compliance, and localization requirements

  • Architect across core modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management)

  • Supply Chain & Cost Accounting Integration

  • Provide strong understanding of Finance–Supply Chain integration

Design solutions across:

  • Procure-to-Pay (P2P)

  • Inventory & Cost Management

  • Cost Accounting and profitability analysis

  • Ensure alignment of costing, valuation, and financial reporting across enterprise processes

  • Delivery Oversight (Partial Billability)

  • Provide architecture governance and design assurance

  • Support critical phases (design validation, escalations, complex problem-solving)

  • Ensure alignment between accounting requirements, business processes, and system design

Required Qualifications

  • 12–18+ years of experience in Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications

  • Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials (Cloud ERP)

  • Proven experience leading global, multi-entity financial implementations

  • Strong experience in Finance Transformation, BPR, and assessment engagements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Accounting strongly preferred)

  • Strong hands-on accounting background (GL, close, reporting, controls)

  • Demonstrated experience in:

  • Presales and solution architecture

  • Leading finance transformation workshops

  • Client-facing advisory roles

Strong understanding of:

  • Accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS)

  • Financial close and consolidation

  • Cost accounting and supply chain integration

  • Ability to engage effectively in C-level conversations (CFO/CIO)

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • CPA, CA, or equivalent accounting certification (highly preferred)

  • Experience with Oracle SCM, Cost Management, or Manufacturing modules

  • Exposure to the broader Oracle ecosystem (EPM, Integration Cloud, Analytics)

  • Experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or regulated industries

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance / Business
