About the role

The Senior Partner Manager, Accounting Channels is a unique blend of relationship management, channel sales strategy, and operational rigor to drive pipeline, increase market share, and maximize the mutual value of our strategic alliances with Accounting firms.

Success will be measured by sustained growth in partner-driven revenue, efficient unit economics, and the ability to build durable, high-impact partnerships.

What you’ll do:
  • Channel Strategy & Execution: Build and execute a prioritization framework to deepen existing partnerships and identify new avenues for value creation. Define and execute robust launch plans for new partners. Keep a pulse on the competitive landscape. Create plans to drive partnership sales, setting targets and expanding partner adoption.

  • Relationship Management & Partner Enablement: Achieve or exceed assigned channel sales quota by driving partner-sourced deals. Translate product updates into segment-specific value propositions. Manage and nurture a group of partners to maximize lead generation. Utilize Salesforce and partner tracking tools to accurately forecast revenue.

  • Reporting & Operations: Track, analyze, and report partner performance against agreed KPIs. Facilitate alignment between internal and external stakeholders.

What you’ll bring:
  • 5+ years of channel sales or partner management experience with a track record of building new business via Accounting firm partners

  • Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Adept at negotiation and relationship-building with C-suite executives.

  • Proven Deal Closer: Demonstrated track record of building and executing partnership strategies that drive growth.

  • Results & Revenue Focus: A data-driven, revenue-oriented approach to exceeding targets.

  • Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with the ability to identify win-win partnership structures.
