This role is ideal for a marketer who enjoys bringing campaigns and events to life, collaborating across teams, and creating meaningful experiences for partners through field marketing activities, industry events, meaningful content, and digital campaigns.
You will play a key role in executing multi-partner marketing initiatives, managing partner participation in Relativity and industry events, and supporting marketing programs from planning through execution and measurement. You will also help guide campaign performance reporting and provide recommendations to improve future programs and partner engagement. This role combines campaign execution, event marketing, communications, and program management, making it an excellent opportunity for someone interested in growing their expertise in partner marketing.
Over time, this role is designed to provide increasing exposure to partner strategy and relationship management, creating a path toward a more partner-facing partner marketing role as experience, confidence, and impact expand.

Job Description and Requirements

What You'll Do

  • Own the execution of partner marketing campaigns and programs, including field marketing activities, content initiatives, webinars, and digital campaigns.

  • Manage partner participation across Relativity-sponsored events and industry conferences, including sponsorship fulfillment, partner engagement, communications, event logistics, and post-event follow-up. Responsibilities may include supporting initiatives such as RelFest, Legalweek, ILTACON, CLOC, and other strategic industry events.

  • Serve as a key coordinator for partner marketing activities related to major events, helping ensure a positive and consistent experience for participating partners before, during, and after each event.

  • Manage internal partner marketing communications, including team updates, deliverables, deadlines, and visibility into priority initiatives.

  • Execute campaign-related activities including email marketing, landing page development, content creation, social media promotion, campaign setup, and coordination with Marketing Operations and other supporting teams.

  • Coordinate partner marketing content and communications opportunities, including social media promotion, partner announcements, public relations activities, and partner-related web content updates.

  • Track and report on campaign and program performance, providing observations, insights, and recommendations to improve future partner marketing initiatives.

  • Create monthly and quarterly reports that provide the Partner Marketing team with visibility into campaign, program, and event performance, highlighting key results, trends, and areas for follow-up.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Events, Product Marketing, Segment Marketing, Marketing Operations, Communications, and Sales to ensure successful campaign and program execution.

What We're Looking For

  • 5-8 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in tech, legal, or SaaS.

  • Experience working in a partner marketing, channel marketing, alliance marketing, or ecosystem marketing environment, even if not in a partner-facing capacity.

  • Experience supporting conferences, trade shows, customer events, sponsorships, or other field marketing activities.

  • Experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, events, or marketing programs from planning through execution and measurement.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs, stakeholders, deadlines, and competing priorities simultaneously.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing marketing communications, campaign assets, or event-related content.

  • Comfort working with marketing performance data and campaign reporting, with the ability to identify trends and suggest opportunities for improvement.

  • Familiarity with marketing technologies such as Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, webinar platforms, or similar tools.

  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and functions.

  • Interest in continuing to grow into a more partner-facing partner marketing role over time, with increasing exposure to partner engagement, strategic planning, and relationship management.

Location

This position can be remote for candidates located outside the Chicago area. Candidates based in the Chicago area are expected to work from the Chicago office at least two days per week as part of Relativity's hybrid work model.
