About Hatch

Hatch is an AI agent lead management platform that helps services businesses turn every customer interaction into revenue growth. Our AI agents handle conversations over SMS, email, and voice—24/7—enabling businesses to scale 1:1 communication without scaling headcount.

Recently acquired by Yelp, Hatch operates as a standalone product and is expanding our reach to help thousands more businesses unlock the revenue sitting in their lead pipeline. We've driven $5.1B in revenue for our customers—and we're just getting started.

The role

We're hiring a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to run our partner program — one of Hatch's highest-leverage growth channels. Rather than a channel support role, this is a co-marketing, co-sell, and relationship-driven one — and you'll own it end to end.

You'll be the main point of contact and connective tissue between Hatch and our partners the person they come to for events, campaigns, and co-created content — and you'll pull in the right people across marketing (product marketing, enablement, content, field marketing) to make it happen.

This is high-impact work. Strong partnerships drive pipeline, expand our reach, and build Hatch's credibility across the industry — and you'll be in charge of scaling that program.

What you'll do:
  • New strategic partner and integration launches: Onboard and announce new partners and product integrations across email, blog, website, and social — working with product marketing on the integration's value prop.

  • Co-marketing campaigns: Plan and execute co-branded campaigns — launches, webinars, ebooks, seasonal offers — tapping partners as a distribution channel to get Hatch's content in front of their audiences. You'll own the partner relationship and the plan, and partner with content and product marketing on assets, talk tracks, and speakers.

  • Partner program management: For partners with year-round programs (newsletter placements, blog posts, committed content), own the fulfillment — producing some content yourself and pulling in content, PMM, and enablement for the rest. You'll also help keep Hatch's listings and profiles on partner sites accurate and up to date.

  • Partner enablement: Scope the collateral partners need to speak fluently about Hatch to their audiences, and partner with product marketing and enablement to produce it. As Hatch evolves, keep partners in the loop and their materials current — so their knowledge of Hatch stays fresh.

  • Partner events: Work with field marketing on partner events and VIP experiences, contributing partner context, messaging, and coordination.

  • Repeatable playbooks & scaling: Turn one-off partner activations into repeatable playbooks, so the program scales efficiently as we add partners and move into new verticals.

  • Partner relationships: Maintain ongoing relationships with partner contacts — regular syncs, staying current on their updates, and keeping communication flowing — and proactively bring partners ideas for campaigns and content.

  • Tracking & optimization: Measure and optimize partner ROI, track referral handoffs, and improve lead quality from partner activity.

What it takes to succeed:
  • Relevant background: 4–7 years in partner marketing, co-marketing, or related B2B SaaS marketing (product or content)

  • Natural relationship-builder: comfortable being the face of Hatch to partners, building trust, and managing external stakeholders

  • Strong project management: you can juggle multiple partners and orchestrate deliverables across internal teams you don't manage — knowing when to set direction and when to step back — and keep a dozen moving parts on track and shipping on time

  • Solid content and campaign instincts: you can develop narratives, campaign angles, and webinar topics, and produce or shape content across formats

  • Multi-partner-type experience: you've worked across associations, tech platforms, and agencies — not just one vertical

  • Fluent in pipeline language: SQOs, referral attribution, and co-marketing ROI

  • Thrives in a build-stage environment: comfortable with ambiguity and a fast pace, and energized by shaping a program rather than inheriting a finished one

What you'll get:
  • Effective your first day: Full medical, vision, and dental

  • 15 days PTO (accrual begins on date of hire and increases with 2+ years of tenure thereafter), 12 paid holidays, plus one floating holiday

  • Up to 14 weeks of parental leave

  • Monthly wellness subsidy

  • Work from home reimbursement

  • Flexible spending account

  • 401(k) retirement savings plan

  • Employee stock purchase plan

  • Compensation range for this position is $106,000 - $198,000 annually. You may also be offered a bonus and benefits.

We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer and consider qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, age, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital or family status, veteran status, medical condition or disability.

Actual salary offered may vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to, an individual's location and experience.

We will consider for employment qualified candidates with arrest and conviction records, consistent with applicable law (including, for example, the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance for roles based in San Francisco, the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for roles based in the unincorporated areas of Los Angeles County, and the California Fair Chance Act for roles based in California).

San Francisco and the surrounding Bay Area attracts more startup funding than any other region in the world. Home to Stanford University and UC Berkeley, leading VC firms and several of the world’s most valuable companies, the Bay Area is the place to go for anyone looking to make it big in the tech industry. Key Facts About San Francisco Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 365,500; 13.9% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, fintech, consumer technology, software
  • Funding Landscape: $50.5 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Sequoia Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, Bessemer Venture Partners, Greylock Partners, Khosla Ventures, Kleiner Perkins
  • Research Centers and Universities: Stanford University; University of California, Berkeley; University of San Francisco; Santa Clara University; Ames Research Center; Center for AI Safety; California Institute for Regenerative Medicine
