We are seeking an experienced professional to lead operational strategy for Zoom's partner marketing initiatives. This individual will operationalize scalable partner programs, systems, and processes to drive revenue through the partner ecosystem. Utilizing AI and automation, they will enhance execution speed, minimize operational challenges, and enable impactful decision-making at scale. This position plays a critical role in aligning partner marketing efforts with measurable business results.
About the Team
You'll be part of a high-impact Marketing Operations team that sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, finance, and technology. This cross-functional team is focused on building scalable processes, improving partner experiences, and enabling data-driven decisions across the partner marketing ecosystem. You'll work closely with IT, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Channel Ops, and executive leadership to deliver outcomes that balance speed, governance, and scalability. It's a role with high visibility, clear ownership, and meaningful opportunities to influence strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Developing the operational strategy to increase revenue within the partner marketing ecosystem, including initiatives like the Partner Demand Center and Market Development Funds.
- Designing and maintaining scalable processes to boost partner engagement and execution speed, actively identifying ways to use AI tools and automation for efficiency.
- Overseeing partner marketing performance tracking, standardizing workflows, and acting as the main contact for operational improvements, including evaluating and implementing AI-driven reporting and workflow solutions.
- Building dashboards and executive-ready reporting in partnership with analytics teams, ensuring the business always has clear visibility into partner marketing contribution.
- Serving as the expert in partner marketing systems, with extensive knowledge of partner data models, payment processes, MDF workflows, approvals, and automated payment workflows.
- Managing partner marketing budget operations involves allocating, automating payment processing, handling accruals, reconciling accounts, and preparing for audits, ensuring all funds connect to revenue outcomes.
- Leading cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, IT, Finance, Legal, Product, and leadership, transforming channel marketing strategies into scalable, automation-focused systems and process solutions.
What we’re looking for
- Bring 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, partner marketing operations, or related fields.
- Demonstrate expertise in Salesforce (functional, not development), Tableau, and marketing automation/engagement tools.
- Apply AI tools and automation platforms to optimize workflows, enhance reporting processes, or improve program execution in marketing operations.
- Track record of driving revenue-generating programs through operational excellence and process design.
- Bring the ability to manage complex programs, influence without direct authority, and operate effectively at the intersection of marketing, sales, and finance.
- Have hands-on experience with budget management and financial governance processes.
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$97,600.00Maximum:
$225,700.00In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
