About the Job

We are looking for a Senior Partner Technical Enablement Manager to join the Partner Experience & Enablement team at Wiz. In this role, you will build the technical readiness and confidence of our partner ecosystem, translating the Wiz platform and technical concepts into practical enablement that helps partners confidently position, demonstrate, and sell Wiz. You will work closely with Partner Solution Architects, Product, Product Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Channel teams to create scalable technical content, programs, and learning experiences. You will also help enable internal technical teams on how to effectively engage and work with partners.

This is a high-impact individual contributor role for someone who combines technical credibility with strong enablement skills and loves building in a fast-paced environment. To succeed in this role, you should be a builder who sees gaps, takes ownership, and creates structure. You are technically curious and enjoy understanding how products solve real customer problems. You thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments, know how to prioritize what matters, and can make complex concepts simple, practical, and engaging. You are collaborative, resourceful, and comfortable working across technical and commercial teams.

Responsibilities
  • Create technical enablement, playbooks, demo guidance, and field-ready resources aligned to Wiz product and GTM priorities.
  • Translate product capabilities, architecture, integrations, and technical concepts into clear, practical partner content.
  • Enable partners to confidently support technical discovery, demos, trials, and partner-led POVs.
  • Identify technical readiness gaps and independently build scalable solutions to improve partner confidence and effectiveness.
  • Partner with Product, Product Marketing, Partner Solution Architects, and Sales Engineering to turn internal technical content into partner-ready resources.
  • Build and deliver engaging technical training through virtual sessions, workshops, regional events, and global programs.
  • Support technical skills and accreditation programs across the partner ecosystem.
  • Equip internal technical teams with the knowledge and resources to effectively engage, enable, and collaborate with partners.
  • Partner with Channel Sales and Partner Solution Architects to drive adoption of technical enablement in the field.
  • Gather partner and field feedback to continuously improve content, programs, and technical readiness.
  • Measure impact through engagement, partner readiness, partner-led trials/POVs, pipeline, and deal progression.
