Duties/Responsibilities:
- Labor-Intensive Payroll Processing: Execute end-to-end payroll processing for weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly pay cycles, encompassing both domestic and overseas employees. - Critical Problem Solving: Apply critical thinking and high cognitive aptitude to investigate and resolve discrepancies, complex payroll issues, and system errors efficiently and accurately, often under tight deadlines.
- Deadline Management: Demonstrate a strong, proven ability to manage multiple concurrent payroll deadlines and high-volume tasks with extreme attention to detail and without error.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process efficiencies and implement best practices to streamline labor-intensive tasks within the payroll function.

- Demonstrable, in-depth experience and proficiency with Deltek Costpoint (specific experience with labor, leave, projects, and reporting modules).
- Expert-level practical knowledge of Costpoint Enterprise Reporting for report generation and data validation.
- Proven hands-on experience processing payroll using ADP Workforce Now.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (must be able to perform complex data manipulation and analysis as described above).
