Summary:
In this role, you will be managing bi-weekly payroll processing for a large employee population. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ADP WorkforceNow, Workday, and multi-state payroll while ensuring payroll accuracy, tax compliance, and excellent employee support.
Responsibilities:
- Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time
- Review timesheets, deductions, taxes, and payroll adjustments
- Maintain payroll records in ADP WorkforceNow
- Process new hires, terminations, and leave of absence transactions
- Audit Workday payroll interface data
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
- Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations
- Partner with HR, Finance, and Benefits teams
- Ensure compliance with federal and state payroll regulations
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of payroll processing experience in a mid to large size organization
- Strong experience with ADP WorkforceNow (required)
- Workday HRIS experience
- Knowledge of multi-state payroll, payroll taxes, and wage & hour regulations
Preferred: CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) or FPC (Fundamental Payroll Certification) is a plus.
