We’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to help build brand awareness, create qualified demand, and engage the accounts and buying groups that matter most to Navan. This is a hands-on role for someone who can turn strategy into campaigns—from audience planning and platform setup to creative testing, budget management, and optimization. You’ll help expand our paid media programs across paid social, video, programmatic, and merging channels, connecting brand building with long-term pipeline growth.

You’ll work closely with Creative, Content, Campaigns, Marketing Operations, Analytics, and Sales. You’ll also manage media vendors and partners to ensure campaigns reach the right audiences, deliver quality placements, and produce measurable results. The ideal candidate combines deep channel expertise, a strong understanding of account-based marketing (ABM), and sound creative judgment. You understand that different campaigns serve different purposes and know how to measure success at each stage of the buyer journey.

What You’ll Do:

  • Execute campaigns that build awareness and create demand
    • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, X, Reddit, YouTube, Google Demand Gen,programmatic display and emerging channels, including audience setup, bidding, budget pacing, tracking, and reporting.
    • Support major brand moments that build awareness, credibility, and consideration among relevant audiences in priority markets.
    • Activate demand-creation programs through content syndication, industry publishers, newsletters, and sponsored email, with clear audience requirements and lead-quality standards.
  • Put ABM strategy into practice
    • Translate priority account lists, engagement signals, and buying-group needs into actionable paid media audiences.
    • Build distinct campaigns to introduce Navan to unengaged accounts, reach missing buying roles within engaged accounts, and support progression where paid media can add value.
    • Partner with Marketing Operations to maintain audience syncs, exclusions, and suppression rules, and troubleshoot match rates and delivery issues.
    • Support one-to-one and one-to-few customer expansion campaigns in partnership with Customer Marketing and account teams, validating audience size and reach before launch.
    • Familiarity with 6Sense, Demandbase, StackAdapt or comparable programmatic and account-targeting platforms.
  • Partner with Creative and Content
    • Develop clear creative briefs that connect the campaign objective, audience, message, offer, and channel requirements.
    • Work with Creative, Content, and Product Marketing to produce paid social, display, and sponsored-content assets.
    • Run structured tests across messaging, concepts, formats, and landing pages, and turn results into clear recommendations for the next creative iteration.
    • Manage production timelines and asset refreshes so campaigns launch on time and stay relevant.
  • Measure, learn, and improve
    • Set campaign KPIs that match the objective, from qualified reach and consideration lift to account engagement, buying-group coverage, opportunities, and pipeline.
    • Partner with Analytics to design controlled tests, establish baselines, and evaluate incremental impact over appropriate measurement windows.
    • Validate account matching, placement quality, viewability, reach, and frequency, and resolve delivery issues before increasing investment.
    • Work with Marketing Operations and Sales to connect meaningful campaign responses with clear follow-up and feedback.
    • Communicate what is working, what remains uncertain, and where to scale, adjust, or stop investment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 8+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid media, including meaningful experience in B2B marketing.
  • Deep, recent hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads and multiple channels across paid social, YouTube, Google Demand Gen, and programmatic display.
  • Practical knowledge of ABM, including account segmentation, buying committees, audience activation, and long B2B buying cycles.
  • Experience executing both brand-awareness and demand-creation campaigns, with a clear understanding of how their objectives, creative, and measurement differ.
  • A track record of managing budgets, optimizing campaigns directly, and making thoughtful investment decisions.
  • Experience partnering with creative teams to develop briefs, test concepts, and improve campaign assets.
  • Strong vendor management skills and experience working with media partners, publishers, or agencies.
  • Confidence using campaign, CRM, and analytics data to assess audience quality and downstream performance.
  • Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns and cross-functional partners.
