Job Summary:

As Senior Platform Operations Manager, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our marketing technology ecosystem. You will architect, implement, and manage the systems and integrations that power our go-to-market (GTM) engine, with a sharp focus on scalability, data integrity, automation, and lead orchestration.

This role is pivotal in ensuring that marketing, sales, customer success, business development and product teams are aligned and empowered to execute with speed and precision. You’re a Driver, you don’t just wait for projects and problems to come to you, but you identify them and execute without hesitation.

This role will report to the Director, Marketing Operations, a critical part of our connected GTM Operations team. You’ll bring a track record of proven success, preferably in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the marketing technology stack (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce integration, LeanData, Qualified, 6sense, attribution tooling, etc) — driving roadmap, implementation, integration, and performance.

  • Evaluate, recommend, and deploy new tools to enhance marketing execution and measurement.

  • Architect a scalable infrastructure that supports pipeline acceleration, attribution, scoring, and personalized engagement.

  • Translate lead management and routing requirements into system logic.

  • Own end-to-end implementation of lead assignment rules, SLAs, escalation flows, and scoring models.

  • Partner with Sales Ops and Marketing Ops to continuously optimize routing for speed, accuracy, and fairness.

  • Ensure data quality, enrichment, normalization, and compliance across platforms.

  • Monitor data pipelines and troubleshoot discrepancies across systems.

  • Establish governance frameworks for platform changes, including documentation, QA, and release management.

  • Serve as the technical lead for marketing in cross-functional projects, including GTM launches, sales handoff optimization, and analytics integration.

  • Identify automation opportunities to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.

  • Leverage AI and machine learning capabilities in tools to enhance targeting, scoring, and predictive analytics.

  • Monitor and report on system health, performance metrics, and process efficiency.

What you’ll bring:

  • 7+ years of experience with HubSpot, SFDC, 6sense, LeanData and other prospecting tools

  • Deep expertise with marketing automation, CRM systems, and data integration tools (Marketo, Salesforce, LeanData, Segment, Workato, or similar).

  • Strong understanding of lead lifecycle, funnel stages, routing logic, and attribution models.

  • Experience with API integrations, custom workflows, and marketing data schemas.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • An unmatched attention to detail, taking pride in everything you do and understanding that the little things matter

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a results-driven environment

  • Financial Well-being: A comprehensive suite of financial benefits, including a 401(k) plan, company-paid life and disability insurance, tax-advantaged spending accounts, and a range of discounted voluntary offerings to help you customize and strengthen your overall financial position.

  • Family Support: We want to support you in life's most important moments, so we offer a paid Parental Leave policy, after six months of employment. Employees also receive access to Kindbody fertility and family-building benefits and dedicated leave specialists who help guide you through the entire process.

You’ll also have access to a wide range of internal learning opportunities, ensuring you can build new skills, deepen your expertise, and advance your career with confidence.

  • Time Off & Flexibility: We believe that to do your best work, you should get the time you need for rest, rejuvenation and recovery. Drata offers a flexible vacation policy, paid holidays, and other perks to recharge.

The expected base salary range for this role is between $135,000 - $207,000 and is listed to provide transparency. Actual base pay will vary based on multiple factors — market location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and overall alignment to the role.

Candidates shouldn't expect automatic placement at any particular point within the range. Offer amounts are determined by the qualifications each candidate brings to the position. Total compensation may also include equity designed to provide meaningful ownership in the company, as well as health and wellbeing benefits.
