Who You Are

We’re looking for a Senior Power Platform Developer with a strong UI/UX and front-end focus to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about designing and building modern, intuitive Canvas Apps with custom controls, while bringing creativity and critical thinking to problem-solving.

You’ll be working on projects that demand not just technical skill but also a keen eye for user experience, usability, and design.

Location: Remote; Atlanta, GA preferred, but we are open to all US-based candidates
Job Type: Full-Time, W2
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

  • Lead the design and development of Canvas Apps with a focus on front-end functionality, user experience, and custom control implementation.
  • Build and refine user interfaces that are intuitive, responsive, and aligned with business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into engaging, user-friendly apps.
  • Leverage Dataverse as the primary data platform, with experience connecting to external data sources (SQL, SharePoint, APIs, etc.).
  • Develop and optimize Power Automate flows to support app functionality.
  • Apply UI/UX design principles and modern development best practices within the Power Platform.
  • Own projects end-to-end — from gathering requirements to design, build, and adoption.
  • Bring an entrepreneurial spirit, proactively identifying ways to enhance usability and system efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of IT experience, with at least 4+ years working with the Power Platform.
  • Strong expertise in Canvas App development — custom controls, responsive layouts, and design-focused builds.
  • Solid understanding of Dataverse fundamentals (schema, relationships, security) with the ability to design and connect data models.
  • Background in UI/UX design and front-end principles.
  • Experience with Power Automate for building supporting workflows.
  • Some exposure to Model-Driven Apps is helpful, but strength in Canvas Apps and UI is key.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business users.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable owning projects from start to finish.

Our Perks

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Benefits include:
    • Medical
    • Vision
    • Dental
    • Unlimited PTO and more!

If you are a Power Platform expert with a passion for UI-focused Canvas Apps, user experience, and building intuitive business applications, we’d love to hear from you!
