About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Presentation Designer to lead the creation of high-impact presentations that effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong design background, exceptional storytelling skills, and the ability to guide junior designers in delivering top-notch presentations. You will collaborate with senior leaders, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to produce visually compelling presentations that support our strategic goals.


Key Responsibilities:

Design Leadership - 

  • Lead the design and development of high-quality PowerPoint presentations that are visually stunning and on-brand.
  • Guide and mentor junior designers, providing creative direction and feedback to ensure consistency and quality across all projects.
  • Develop and maintain presentation templates, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with brand standards.
  • Ability to pick up projects midstream, as needed, and carry visual/brand consistency

Creative Strategy - 

  • Work closely with executives, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into impactful presentations.
  • Develop creative concepts and narratives that effectively communicate complex information in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Stay current with design trends and tools, incorporating new techniques to enhance presentation design.

Quality Assurance - 

  • Review and refine presentations to ensure they are error-free, visually cohesive, and aligned with the intended message.
  • Conduct final quality checks on presentations before delivery to clients or senior management, ie, Content not jumping, and all slides adhere to master template
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a high standard of excellence.

Project Management - 

  • Manage multiple presentation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining a high level of quality.
  • Collaborate with project managers to prioritize tasks
  • Maintain an organized repository of presentation assets, templates, and resources for efficient project execution.

Qualifications:

Education - 

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Communication, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Experience -

  • At least 5-7 years of experience in presentation design, graphic design, or a similar role, with a focus on high-stakes presentations.
  • Proven experience leading design projects and mentoring junior designers.
  • Experience working in a corporate or agency environment is a plus.

Skills - 

  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Proficient capabilities in Adobe Creative Cloud software, particularly Illustrator, Acrobat, and Photoshop
  • Strong visual storytelling and communication skills.
  • Efficiently produce high-quality presentation design deliverables within defined project timelines with minimal supervision.
  • Experience using modern workflows, including Claude Design, to rapidly iterate concepts and push along PPT decks.
  • Ability to translate complex data into easy-to-understand visuals.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Flexibility to work outside regular hours if necessary to meet project deadlines.
