Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Pricing Development: Design and implement advanced pricing strategies, including subscription, value-based, and usage-based models, to drive revenue growth and market competitiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead initiatives with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to develop and refine pricing and packaging proposals for both existing and new product offerings.
  • Market and Customer Research: Conduct comprehensive market analyses, customer segmentation, and competitive benchmarking to inform pricing decisions and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Financial Modeling and Analysis: Develop and present detailed pricing models and financial projections to senior leadership, ensuring strategic alignment and clarity.
  • Pricing Operations Management: Oversee the implementation of pricing changes, including managing price lists, discount structures, and pricing tools, ensuring operational efficiency and accuracy.
  • Performance Monitoring: Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor pricing effectiveness, customer feedback, and market trends, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • New Product Introduction Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams from product ideation to rollout, ensuring cohesive pricing strategies and stakeholder alignment.
  • Mentorship: Guide and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of analytical excellence and strategic thinking within the pricing function.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 8-12+ years of Pricing Strategy and Analytics experience, ideally in SaaS, software, or consulting firms specializing in pricing and packaging.
  • Proven track record of leading and executing complex pricing strategies that drive revenue growth, customer retention, and market competitiveness.
  • Deep expertise in customer research and pricing methodologies, including Conjoint Analysis, Gabor-Granger, Van Westendorp, and other pricing frameworks.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leadership and drive cross-functional alignment on strategic pricing initiatives.
  • Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills, with deep proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and data visualization tools.
  • Experience with CPQ, Salesforce, and other pricing systems, ensuring scalable and efficient pricing operations.
  • A proactive and strategic mindset, with a high tolerance for ambiguity and a strong ability to drive change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $151,100 USD - $202,100 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
