Working at Atlassian
Atlassians can choose where they work - whether in an office, from home, or a combination of the two. That way, Atlassians have more control over supporting their family, personal goals, and other priorities. We can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity.
The Opportunity & Strategic Context
We are looking for a Senior Principal Technical Program Manager (P70) to lead the strategy, architecture-informed execution, and ecosystem scaling of our core Conversational AI & Agent Platforms.
In this role, you will drive the evolution of foundational conversational interfaces, distributed agent execution runtimes, extensible skill ecosystems, contextual memory architectures, and policy-driven model routing.
As an industry leader in enterprise collaboration, we are raising the bar: treating our AI platform infrastructure not merely as backend microservices, but as high-leverage Platform Products with first-class state-of-the-art capabilities and developer experience, robust API contracts, resilient operational SLOs, and sound unit economics.
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. We follow consistent hiring practices and account for each candidate's skills, knowledge, and experience when setting base pay within the range.
