A Brief Overview
The position provides a 360-degree view of the entire business, working closely with Product & Development leaders. This position is responsible for developing, owning, and continuously improving the processes in the product group to assist with planning, roadmap building, and tracking initiatives.
What you will do

  • Partners with Engineering, Business, and Portfolio/Program Management groups to drive process excellence in Products
  • Analyzes and communicate, with metrics and data, the relationship between product performance and company success
  • Establishes and maintains a library of templates, guidelines, product management best practices, and other resources
  • Ensures scalability through a process design that integrates automation, streamlining, and efficiency
  • Support product roadmapping and planning processes, and become a resource for product professionals
  • Utilizes data to identify trends that influence performance; both with regard to the client impact and internal performance
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards

Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required

Experience Qualifications

  • Typically 5+ years working in Product Operations, Product Management, Project Management or operational role that worked closely with Product and Engineering teams required

Skills and Abilities

  • Experience working in a product-driven environment (Intermediate proficiency)
  • Strong project management skills (Intermediate proficiency)
  • Process design and improvement acumen (Intermediate proficiency)
  • Exceptional partnership and teaming skills, and ability to excel in matrix work environment where requirements can be often ambiguous; excellent interpersonal skills (Intermediate proficiency)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; good planner and a bias towards execution (Intermediate proficiency)
  • Solid Microsoft Office, Excel/data analysis skills (Advanced proficiency)
  • Excellent communications, facilitation, and presentation skills with ability to adjust style depending on type of target audience (Intermediate proficiency)
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities (Intermediate proficiency)

Licenses and Certifications

  • Project Management preferred
  • Scrum/Agile preferred

The preferred location for this role is Atlanta, GA, and the salary range for this location is $100,800.00 to $189,000.00.  All qualified external applicants will be considered for an in-office role, based in Atlanta.  All qualified internal candidates are encouraged to apply and consider relocation to Atlanta and may be considered for remote hire at the company’s discretion. The candidate’s final salary offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, education, work location and experience.

A candidate’s compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNet’s corporate bonus plan.
