About the Team

Decagon's Talent team partners directly with company leadership to shape org design, define what exceptional looks like, and hire the people who will shape our future. We're Gen AI-native and constantly pushing the boundaries of how Talent teams operate — moving fast, solving hard problems, and playing a critical role in building a world-class organization.

About the Role

Decagon is rapidly scaling and looking for a highly capable Senior Product & Design Sourcer to fuel this growth. In this role, you'll own top-of-funnel sourcing for our most critical Product and Design hires — partnering closely with Recruiters, Product leaders, and Design leaders to identify, engage, and attract exceptional talent across Product Management and Product Design.

This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for someone with a genuine eye for product and design craft, deep knowledge of this talent landscape, and a track record of building pipelines that convert.

In this role, you will

  • Partner closely with Recruiters, Product Management leaders, and Product Design leaders to build world-class product and design teams

  • Own and scale top-of-funnel sourcing for PM and Product Design roles across the company

  • Develop creative, non-traditional sourcing strategies to engage hard-to-reach product and design talent

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with senior PMs, product leaders, and designers

  • Continuously experiment with new tools, channels, and approaches to improve sourcing effectiveness

  • Operate with a "one team" mindset to help the Talent team meet bold, company-wide hiring goals

Your background looks something like this

  • 6+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, with deep focus on Product Management and/or Product Design roles

  • Proven track record engaging top PM and design talent in highly competitive markets

  • Strong product and design intuition — you can evaluate a portfolio, assess a PM's scope, and quickly understand what "great" looks like in these disciplines

  • Clear, thoughtful communicator who builds trust with candidates and internal stakeholders

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Even better

  • Bring deep knowledge of the AI-native product and design talent landscape

  • Have a strong network of senior PMs, product leaders, and product designers

  • Use data to diagnose funnel gaps and proactively unblock hiring challenges

  • Have a sharp point of view on what separates exceptional product managers and designers from the rest

Benefits

We proudly offer the following benefits for our full-time employees:

  • Take what you need vacation policy (subject to local requirements; UK employees receive 25 days of statutory leave)

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits for you and your family

  • Life Insurance and Disability Benefits

  • Retirement Plan (e.g., 401K, pension)

  • Parental Leave

  • Fertility and family building benefits through Carrot

  • Daily lunches and snacks in the office to keep you at your best

These benefits are described in more detail in Decagon’s policies, may vary by location, and can change at any time according to applicable compensation and benefits plans.
