We are hiring a Senior Product Designer to lead design for Sprig’s AI-powered product experiences. This includes ownership of features like AI Survey Creator, AI Dynamic Questions, and AI-Powered Analysis. These tools are transforming how product teams gather insights, adapt research in real time, and uncover meaning from large volumes of user feedback.

You’ll work closely with the AI, product, and engineering teams to shape intelligent workflows that feel intuitive, responsive, and trustworthy. You’ll also connect directly with customers to test ideas, gather feedback, and continuously refine the user experience.

This is a hybrid role: 4x a week in our HQ SF office

• Lead design for AI-focused features, including survey generation, adaptive follow-up questions, and open-text analysis

• Translate complex systems into user-friendly, reliable, and fast experiences

• Design interfaces that guide users through new workflows and interactions with confidence

• Collaborate closely with product and engineering to define scope and ship quickly

• Run customer interviews and usability tests to validate concepts and improve UX

• Contribute to Sprig’s design system with patterns that support AI use cases

• Push design quality across AI surfaces and influence future roadmap direction

• 5 or more years of product design experience at SaaS or data-rich software companies

• Portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end ownership, strong UX instincts, and ability to simplify complexity

• Experience designing intelligent systems or AI/ML-powered tools is a strong plus

• Comfortable leading your own customer research, testing, and iteration cycles

• Skilled in Figma and modern prototyping tools

• Collaborative, curious, and excited to explore emerging technology

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Driven to move quickly and take full ownership of your work

The salary range for this full-time position is $170,000 - $230,000 + Equity + Benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in San Francisco. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
