What we’re building and why we’re building it.

Fetch helps people live rewarded every day, with a vision to become the rewards destination for everyone. We turn everyday activities into meaningful rewards, whether it’s grocery shopping, grabbing a quick meal, or playing a favorite mobile game. To date, we’ve awarded more than $1 billion in Fetch Points to our users.

Each day, more than 13 million receipts are submitted on Fetch, providing visibility into over $212 billion in gross merchandise value. This creates the largest retail-agnostic, SKU-level view of household spending, powering Fetch as an outcomes-based advertising platform that helps brands acquire and retain lifelong consumers.

The Fetch app is available on the App Store and Google Play, with more than 6 million five-star reviews from a highly engaged and loyal user base.

It’s not just our users who believe in Fetch: with investments from Softbank, ICONIQ, DST, Greycroft, and partnerships ranging from challenger brands to Fortune 500 companies, Fetch is reshaping how brands and consumers connect in the marketplace. When you work at Fetch, you play a vital role in a platform that drives brand loyalty and creates lifelong consumers with the power of Fetch points. User and partner success are at the heart of everything we do, and we extend that same commitment to our employees.

At Fetch, we value curiosity, adaptability, and the confidence to explore new tools, especially AI, to drive smarter, faster work. You don’t need to be an expert, but you should be ready to learn quickly and think critically. We welcome learners who move fast, challenge the status quo, and shape what’s next, with us.  Ranked as one of America’s Best Startup Employers by Forbes for two years in a row, Fetch fosters a people-first culture rooted in trust, accountability, and innovation. We encourage our employees to challenge ideas, think bigger, and always bring the fun to Fetch.
About the Role:
Fetch is looking for a Senior Product Designer to help evolve the Earning Experience, a core part of how we help people discover and act on ways to maximize their earnings from the everyday things they already do. This role is focused on the consumer mobile app, and will initially concentrate on the Earning Experience, but should be able to contribute across wider consumer-facing business verticals.

You'll understand what already exists, identify meaningful opportunities, and improve the experience through thoughtful, measurable iteration. You'll help evolve existing products, strengthen shared systems and patterns, and create experiences that balance user value with business and advertiser goals.

This is a senior individual-contributor role. You'll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Research, Data, and business stakeholders, balancing user value, design quality, business impact, and technical considerations.

What You'll Do
  • Own the end-to-end design of consumer experiences, from problem definition and concept development through launch, experimentation, and iteration.
  • Improve existing experiences. Identify opportunities to simplify, optimize, and improve products and user journeys already in market.
  • Turn complex needs into clear experiences. Translate user, advertiser, and business needs into work that feels clear, useful, and cohesive.
  • Prototype at the right fidelity. Explore concepts quickly and choose the right level of fidelity to test interactions and move ideas forward.
  • Use evidence to drive decisions. Apply research, behavioral data, and experimentation to evaluate ideas and measure impact.
  • Apply systems thinking. Develop patterns for sponsored content that fit within the broader Fetch design system, working within established platforms and flagging where new patterns may be needed.
  • Strengthen earning experience patterns within your surface area, helping users discover brands and offers that match their interests.
  • Partner cross-functionally. Work closely with Product, Engineering, Research, Data, and business stakeholders to balance user, business, and technical needs.
  • Manage multiple workstreams independently, bringing in collaborators at the right moments and communicating decisions clearly.
  • Support the team around you. Give clear, constructive feedback to peers in critiques and reviews, and help onboard or mentor junior designers when needed.

What Success Looks Like

In your first 12 months, you will:
  • Build a deep understanding of the Earning Experience, including how offers, shopping, games, and rewards surfaces currently work and where advertiser and user goals are in tension.
  • Establish strong working relationships with Product, Engineering, Research, and Data partners.
  • Adopt and evolve AI forward ways of working within your own designs, and with the team
  • Ship measurable improvements to at least one existing ad experience, informed by research and experimentation.
  • Introduce or strengthen design patterns within your area that improves consistency and quality.
  • Demonstrate the ability to move independently across multiple workstreams while knowing when to bring in the right collaborators.

What You Bring

Required Experience
  • 5+ years of product design experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong interaction design, visual craft, product thinking, and systems thinking.
  • Consumer experience and mobile product design. Proven experience designing consumer-facing, mobile product experiences is a must.
  • End-to-end ownership. A track record of owning consumer product experiences from problem definition through launch and iteration.
  • Improving established products. A track record of driving measurable improvements through thoughtful, iterative design changes.
  • Evidence-led decisions. You use research, product data, and experimentation to identify opportunities and evaluate outcomes.
  • Systems thinking. You work within and extend established patterns, components, and platforms.
  • Range across altitude. You move fluidly between broader product thinking and detailed, hands-on execution.
  • Strong partnership with Product and Engineering, including working through business and technical constraints.
  • Independent, but collaborative. You manage multiple workstreams and know when to bring in the right collaborators.
  • Rapid prototyping. You choose the right tools and fidelity to quickly communicate and test an idea.
  • Clear communication of design decisions, trade-offs, and rationale.
  • Support for the team. You give constructive feedback to peers and support onboarding or mentorship of junior designers.
  • Influencing strategy, including decisions, priorities, and trade-offs.

Preferred Experience
  • Consumer and mobile product design at scale. Deep experience designing consumer-facing mobile products is strongly preferred.
  • Advertising platform experience, including sponsored-content design, commerce, loyalty, rewards, or content-discovery products.
  • Design system optimization, working within mature products, platforms, or design systems, spanning multiple product surfaces and user journeys.
  • Personalization and recommendation-driven experiences.
  • Experimentation and behavioral data, using them to guide design decisions.

About the Team
Earning Experience owns how users explore, understand, and engage with sponsored content across shopping, play, and dining, helping people turn everyday activity into value they actually feel.

Our biggest challenges are making ads and content feel relevant and native to Fetch, balancing user needs with advertiser goals, and creating consistency across offers, shopping, games, rewards, and other surfaces, all while building on established systems rather than adding unnecessary complexity. A key part of that work is deepening everyday earning opportunities, making them easy to find, understand, and use.

We're a team that grows by teaching each other. We care deeply about the work, our craft, and the people we build it with.

  • Flexible Work Environment: Collaborate with your team in one of our stunning offices, or you can work fully remotely from anywhere in the US. We’ll ensure you are equally equipped with the hardware and software you need to get your job done in the comfort of your home. (applicable for most roles)
