About Brandlight

Brandlight is the leading enterprise AI visibility platform, built to help the world’s leading brands understand, manage, and optimize how they appear across AI-driven search, commerce, and advertising.

As AI rapidly becomes a trillion-dollar marketing and distribution channel, Brandlight is defining the systems that decide what brands are surfaced, trusted, and chosen.

Join our team and help build the next generation of tools shaping the future of brand management in an AI-first world.

About the Role

As a Senior Product Designer at Brandlight, you'll transform raw product concepts into shipped, high-quality designs that directly accelerate product velocity. This isn't a traditional design seat - it sits at the intersection of product strategy and visual execution, where speed of design determines speed of delivery. You'll receive rough ideas - sometimes just a sentence from a stakeholder - and turn them in to fully realized, shippable interfaces within days. Working closely with product and engineering, you'll own design slices end-to-end, operate with high autonomy, and leverage AI-native workflows to iterate at a pace that compounds the entire team's output.

Responsibilities
  • Design for complex systems including data-dense interfaces, edge cases, scalable UI patterns, and real-world engineering constraints

  • Make product decisions, not just visual ones, understanding why something should exist before deciding how it looks

  • Partner tightly with Product and Engineering to ship realistic, buildable designs without waiting for detailed specs

  • Communicate design decisions clearly, receive feedback without ego, and keep stakeholders aligned without excessive process

  • Use AI tools as core workflow infrastructure, including generative AI, AI-assisted prototyping, and rapid asset creation

Requirements
  • 7+ years in product design, including early-stage / high-growth environments with high ownership

  • Shipped real products for real users; strong portfolio across complex and polished interfaces.

  • AI-native: uses AI tools daily across ideation → prototyping → final assets

  • Fast execution with rapid iteration; high-quality output from early drafts

  • Strong product and business sense; translates goals into clear UX independently

  • Pixel-perfect craft with strong typography, layout, and interaction design

  • Low ego, collaborative, adapts quickly, focused on shipping the right thing

  • Self-driven and curious; constantly learning and evolving tools and methods

Why Join Us?

At Brandlight, you’ll build and shape a new category at the intersection of AI, marketing, and commerce.

We’re a fast-growing startup led by repeat entrepreneurs, world-class engineers, and marketing leaders, all driven to reinvent how brands are built, discovered, and chosen in the age of AI.
