About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Product Designer to help shape the next generation of our product experience. You’ll design core product flows, elevate the visual quality and consistency across the platform, and lead the evolution of our design system into a modern, cohesive foundation.

The ideal candidate thinks strategically about UX, not just executing screens while balancing speed with uncompromising attention to detail. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, engineers, executives, marketing, and users to bring clarity and polish to every part of the experience. You’ll also help drive the adoption of AI tools to improve design velocity and output.

If you thrive in fast-paced startups and want to make a real impact on a leading Agentic SecOps platform, we’d love to meet you.

  • 5+ years experience in tech; startup experience strongly preferred.
  • Excellent UI skills (creative, high-quality visual design, pixel-perfect execution).
  • Strong UX foundations; able to think through flows, edge cases, and user problems.
  • Proven experience maintaining, building, or implementing a design system.
  • Very high attention to detail and ability to deliver polished work quickly.
  • Comfortable working with shifting requirements and constant iteration.
  • Strong communicator and collaborator; able to work well under pressure.
  • Bonus: Experience with AI design tools.
  • Advantage: Cybersecurity product experience or domain familiarity.

Key Facts About San Francisco Tech

  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, fintech, consumer technology, software
  • Funding Landscape: $50.5 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
