Job Summary 


We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer with deep expertise in Figma and a proven track record designing consumer-facing apps or gamified digital communities. You’ll play a key role in shaping engaging, intuitive, and delightful user experiences that drive growth and foster community connection.


What You’ll Do 

  • Own the end-to-end product design process—from research and concepting to prototyping and final UI.
  • Translate complex product requirements into simple, elegant, and highly engaging experiences.
  • Build interactive prototypes and design systems in Figma, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to align on strategy and deliver high-quality experiences at speed.
  • Conduct and synthesize user research, feedback sessions, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Champion a user-centered design approach while balancing business goals.
  • Contribute to product vision and strategy, bringing fresh perspectives on community engagement.


What You’ll Bring 

  • 5+ years of product design experience, with a strong portfolio of consumer-facing applications (mobile or web).
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma (design systems, prototyping, collaboration features).
  • Experience designing for gamified communities, social products, or platforms that drive engagement and retention.
  • Strong grasp of interaction design, usability, and accessibility best practices.
  • Ability to create polished, production-ready designs while iterating quickly.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills—you can articulate design decisions clearly and work effectively across disciplines.
  • A passion for building products that bring people together and make complex interactions feel simple.
  • Familiarity with data-driven design and experimentation (A/B testing, analytics tools).
