About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who operates with a high degree of ownership and judgment. This is a high-trust role. You’ll be expected to own meaningful product work, step in when things are unclear or blocked, and help ensure we’re building the right things—not just designing them well.
You’ll own and design complex product areas end-to-end, while also acting as a close partner to the Head of Design - helping drive decisions, unblock teams, and maintain momentum when needed. This is a hands-on role. You’ll be expected to do deep product work yourself, while also raising the bar across the team through critique, direction, and strong product thinking.
This role will be in-office 4 days a week.
What You'll Do
- Design and ship complex, high-impact features from concept to production
- Act as a hands-on IC while helping guide overall design quality
- Partner with Product and Engineering to shape what we build—not just how it looks
- Review and critique work, pushing for clarity, simplicity, and strong execution
- Align stakeholders and drive decisions, especially in ambiguous or fast-moving situations
- Work closely with engineers to ensure high-quality, pragmatic implementation
- Contribute to and evolve the design system
What we are looking for:
- 6+ years of product design experience
- Strong track record of shipping complex B2B products
- Experience guiding or mentoring other designers’ work
- Ability to make strong product and design decisions with incomplete information
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- High attention to detail and ability to produce clear, implementation-ready designs
Nice to Have
- Nice to Have
- Fintech or payments experience
- Experience with data-heavy or workflow-driven products
- Design systems experience
- Familiarity with frontend constraints or code-based prototyping tools
