Own Finix’s creative output across brand, campaigns, web, sales collateral, advertising, and events. Establish a consistent visual and verbal identity, design and build conversion-focused assets, write and edit marketing copy, manage creative projects and external freelancers, present concepts to leadership, and introduce effective design tools and AI-assisted workflows. Drive partner-sourced sales opportunities and revenue by identifying and routing merchant leads, collaborating with Sales, maintaining accurate CRM records, monitoring partner health, and improving scalable partner success processes.

Own employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding; answer benefits, policy, and workplace questions; manage HRIS and People Team systems; analyze people metrics; support compensation and calibration cycles; maintain internal documentation; respond to audits and employment verification requests; and develop AI tools to improve employee efficiency. The role partners cross-functionally and supports engagement, team building, and strategic People initiatives.

Own end-to-end paid digital marketing programs across SEM, paid social, display, video, and remarketing. Build and operate Finix’s go-to-market infrastructure across HubSpot, marketing, sales, partnerships, data, automation, and AI. Responsibilities include CRM architecture, attribution, lead lifecycle systems, data pipelines, API integrations, AI-powered prospecting workflows, reporting, enrichment, deduplication, anomaly detection, and documentation. The role partners cross-functionally to improve pipeline generation, lead quality, campaign measurement, and customer expansion.

As an Account Executive, you will drive the sales cycle for Finix's products, managing relationships with executives and developing sales strategies for large software companies.

Lead and expand Finix's startup and VC partnerships by owning relationships with accelerators, VCs, and founders. Build repeatable GTM plans, drive adoption across portfolios, run founder/investor events, hunt for new partnership opportunities, and coordinate cross-functionally to promote Finix as the preferred payments solution.

Drive revenue by identifying, structuring, and scaling referral, channel, and ecosystem partnerships.
