NVIDIA has continuously reinvented itself over two decades. Our invention of the GPU in 1999 sparked the growth of PC gaming, redefined modern computer graphics, and revolutionized parallel computing. More recently, GPU deep learning ignited modern AI—the next era of computing. NVIDIA is a learning machine that constantly evolves by pursuing hard problems that matter to the world. Join our growing team and help create the reliable test infrastructure that enables the next generation of Data Center products.

Looking for a skilled and motivated Product Development engineer to drive bring up of state-of-the-art SOCs through collaboration with architecture, software, test and hardware teams.

What you will be doing:

  • Analyze product yield limiters, drive failures on Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) at wafer and package level

  • Characterize different aspects of performance and power to take competitive products to market

  • Lead multi-functional efforts with design, foundry, quality, test, customers and suppliers to root-cause problems and implement improvements

  • Influence next-gen products by collaboration with architecture, software and test teams.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience) and 5+ years of relevant experience

  • Problem-solving skills, especially test failure analysis and test coverage enhancement.

  • Working knowledge of JMP/Python.

  • Understanding of process-product interaction related to yield, performance and reliability

  • Able to work independently with minimal direction and drive projects in an efficient and effective manner.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience with multi-chiplet products utilizing advanced packaging

  • Passion for creating automation tools for data analysis and reporting

With competitive salaries and a generous benefits package, we are widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers. If you're a creative and autonomous engineer with a real passion for technology, we want to hear from you. Come build the future with us!
