Own Chariot’s embedded distribution strategy across product partnerships, GTM, and channel sales. Build and scale API and SDK integrations with fintech, credit, tax, loyalty, benefits, and financial-wellness platforms. Source, structure, negotiate, and close partnerships; define revenue-sharing and compliance models; shape the partner-facing product roadmap; and drive integrations from contract to live claimant volume. Establish self-serve and enterprise motions, create repeatable onboarding processes, and represent distribution with investors and ecosystem partners.

About Chariot

Chariot is an AI-native consumer protection platform. We originate, underwrite, and resolve mass arbitration and class action claims at scale — turning “a company wronged you and you’ll never do anything about it” into real money back in people’s pockets. Our litigation engine (CaseGen) lets us run campaigns against household-name companies with a speed and unit economics the plaintiffs’ bar has never had.

Most consumers never learn they’re owed money, and the places where they’d most naturally find out — the fintech, credit, and personal-finance apps they already trust — aren’t surfacing it. The company that owns that embedded layer owns the category. That’s this role.

The role

You’ll build Chariot’s distribution flywheel: embedding claim eligibility and intake into the products where millions of eligible consumers already are — think a credit-monitoring app, a neobank, a cashback or tax product surfacing “You may be owed $X from [campaign] — start your claim” inline, the way Credit Karma surfaces financial products. You own this end to end across three hats:

  • Product partnerships — define the surface partners actually integrate: the eligibility API, the intake SDK/co-branded flows, identity/data matching, claim-status webhooks. You’re the voice of the partner in our roadmap, working hand in hand with engineering so what we ship is genuinely embeddable.

  • GTM — build the offer and the motion: the economic model (rev-share, referral, co-marketing), the partner value prop (a new revenue line, member value, retention), the pitch, and the playbook that makes the second and tenth partner faster than the first. You’ll run both a self-serve/PLG lane for smaller integrators and a high-touch enterprise lane for the Credit-Karma-scale partners.

  • Channel — source, structure, negotiate, and close the partners themselves, then drive them to activation and real claimant volume. This is a carry-the-number seat, not a strategy seat.

What you’ll do
  • Land the first wave of lighthouse embedded partners across fintech, credit/identity monitoring, neobanks, cashback/loyalty, tax and financial-wellness, benefits/HR, and affinity platforms.

  • Shape the partner-facing product — eligibility checks, intake SDK, co-branded web flows, data/identity matching — in tight partnership with engineering, and own its roadmap.

  • Design the deal architecture: economics, data-sharing and compliance terms, attribution, and SLAs that are genuinely win-win.

  • Build the repeatable integration + economic model so onboarding a new partner goes from a bespoke project to a known path.

  • Stand up both motions — a lighter self-serve integration path and an enterprise motion for the largest partners — and instrument the funnel from intro to live volume.

  • Partner internally with legal/QC, ops, and campaign leads so distribution respects the realities of how claims are run and resolved.

  • Be the market-facing owner of distribution in investor, partner, and ecosystem conversations.

Who you are
  • You’ve built an ecosystem from zero. You’ve personally stood up an app/API/integration partner program and scaled it — not inherited a mature one. (Someone who’s taken a partner ecosystem from a handful to hundreds, or built an API/distribution business from scratch, is exactly right.)

  • You’re fluent in embedded and API-led distribution — SDKs, integrations, co-branded flows, channel and GSI programs — and you understand the product mechanics, not just the deal.

  • You span product, GTM, and BD naturally. You can sit with engineering on an API contract in the morning and negotiate rev-share with a partner’s CRO in the afternoon, and you see the 360° business on both sides of the table.

  • You have founder/operator DNA. You’ve built something (ideally founded and/or sold a company), you’re comfortable in ambiguity, and you default to action over process.

  • You run both PLG and SLG motions and know when each applies.

  • You’re a deal-maker — you structure win-win economics and close partnerships others think are impossible, with the follow-through to take them from signed to live.

  • You’re relationship-first and creative — people trust you fast, and you find the non-obvious structure that unlocks a deal.

  • 10+ years in partnerships/GTM, several at the senior/leadership level, with real early-stage reps.

Bonus
  • Distribution experience in fintech or consumer finance (the Credit-Karma-adjacent surface) or another regulated, consumer-money-movement space.

  • Legaltech / regtech exposure, or comfort operating where compliance is a first-class constraint.

  • Data partnerships / identity matching experience, or two-sided marketplace / network-effects distribution.

Logistics
  • Location: Remote (US) / Hybrid (NYC, DC, SF, LA)

  • Comp: Competitive base + meaningful early equity + partnership-outcome-linked upside.

  • Reports to: CEO.

What you need to know about the San Francisco Tech Scene

San Francisco and the surrounding Bay Area attracts more startup funding than any other region in the world. Home to Stanford University and UC Berkeley, leading VC firms and several of the world’s most valuable companies, the Bay Area is the place to go for anyone looking to make it big in the tech industry. That said, San Francisco has a lot to offer beyond technology thanks to a thriving art and music scene, excellent food and a short drive to several of the country’s most beautiful recreational areas.

Key Facts About San Francisco Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 365,500; 13.9% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, fintech, consumer technology, software
  • Funding Landscape: $50.5 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Sequoia Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, Bessemer Venture Partners, Greylock Partners, Khosla Ventures, Kleiner Perkins
  • Research Centers and Universities: Stanford University; University of California, Berkeley; University of San Francisco; Santa Clara University; Ames Research Center; Center for AI Safety; California Institute for Regenerative Medicine
