About the Role:
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager, Ad Serving to help build the core infrastructure that powers how ads are delivered across Fetch. This role sits within the Ad Delivery collective and is focused on the ad serving stack that routes, selects, and delivers ads in real time.
This is a hands-on, technically deep role. You'll work directly with engineering to define a unified ad server architecture, delivery controls including frequency capping and pacing, and standardize our mobile events and logging. The infrastructure you build here is the foundation for Fetch's shift to an outcome-based ads platform, where we optimize toward advertiser outcomes.
You'll be joining at a foundational moment with real opportunity to shape how this works from the ground up.
What you'll do
- Own the roadmap for Fetch's ad serving infrastructure, covering decisioning, pacing, frequency capping, and real-time delivery pipelines.
- Lead the migration of all ad objects to a single, unified ad server, consolidating fragmented serving pipelines so every object type can be served and evaluated against the same criteria.
- Own integrations with third-party verification partners, ensuring Fetch meets industry standards for ad delivery and measurement.
- Drive standardization with the mobile team for event logging across different ad types that support reliable delivery, reporting, and experimentation.
- Design and run experiments to measure the impact of serving changes on fill rate, delivery quality, and advertiser outcomes.
- Partner with the ML and personalization team to ensure the ad server is providing the right signals, inputs, and controls to support ranking and relevance decisions across surfaces.
- Work closely with Engineering, ML, Analytics, and Sales to define requirements, make trade-offs, and ship improvements to the serving stack.
What You Bring
- 4-5 years of product management experience, with 3+ years focused on advertising technology.
- Solid understanding of ad serving fundamentals including request/response flows, eligibility and targeting enforcement, pacing, frequency capping, and real-time delivery, as well as how those mechanics interact with supply and demand to affect advertiser outcomes and user experience.
- Comfortable in deeply technical conversations with engineering about system design, data pipelines, and architecture trade-offs.
- Strong analytical instincts, you define the right metrics, run experiments well, and make decisions from data.
- Bias for execution: able to drive work forward across multiple workstreams without a lot of hand-holding.
- Comfort with ambiguity, a lot of this is greenfield and you should be energized by building from scratch rather than inheriting a finished system.
This is a full-time role, open to candidates in our US offices or remote within the United States.
