We are seeking a Senior Product Manager – Agentic AI to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of AI-driven workflow automation solutions within a regulated healthcare environment. This role will focus on transforming manual processes into intelligent AI-orchestrated systems while ensuring compliance, safety, and operational efficiency
Key Responsibilities:
- Define product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy for Agentic AI solutions
- Partner with engineering and data teams to design AI workflows using LLMs, RAG, and agent orchestration frameworks
- Drive workflow automation initiatives and human-in-the-loop (HIL) processes
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, clinical safety, and governance standards
- Lead Agile product delivery, backlog prioritization, KPI tracking, and stakeholder communication
- Establish AI evaluation, monitoring, and observability frameworks
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of Product Management experience with 2+ years focused on AI/ML or intelligent automation
- Strong understanding of:
- LLMs and Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, etc.)
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- AI workflow orchestration and automation
- LLMs and Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, etc.)
- Experience working in regulated industries such as healthcare or life sciences preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
