Senior Product Manager – Agentic AI Platforms 
Location: Dallas, TX  
Experience: 8+ years   

Employment Type: Full-time  


Role Summary 

The Senior Product Manager leads the strategy, development, and delivery of AI-driven products and platforms powered by intelligent agents and large language models (LLMs). This role combines strategic product leadership, technical depth, and cross-functional collaboration to bring scalable, enterprise-ready AI capabilities to market. 


Key Responsibilities 

Define and prioritize product features and roadmap for AI and automation platforms. 

Partner with engineering to design and scale multi-agent systems, LLM workflows, and integration frameworks

Translate technical concepts (e.g., Model Context Protocols, vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation) into clear user value. 

Work directly with enterprise clients to identify needs, define use cases, and ensure successful adoption. 

Collaborate with design, data, and infrastructure teams to build secure, efficient, and user-friendly experiences. 

Track product performance, usage metrics, and feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation. 


Qualifications 

8–12 years of Product Management experience, preferably in SaaS or platform-based products

Strong understanding of LLMs, Agentic AI architectures, and modern AI development workflows

Familiarity with cloud platforms, API orchestration, and identity/security frameworks (e.g., OAuth2, SSO). 

Experience working with engineering, design, and enterprise stakeholders in agile environments. 

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 


Preferred Experience 

Background in AI platforms, automation, or data-driven enterprise software

Exposure to LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or similar orchestration frameworks. 

Proven ability to connect technical depth with strategic business outcomes. 


Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 80,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 280,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
Medical, vision, and dental benefits, 401k retirement plan, variable pay/incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays are available for full time employees.
This position is not available for independent contractors
