Our client is a fast-growing technology company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own the full lifecycle of new AI-driven products, from defining the problem through launch and ongoing refinement. Work side by side with engineering, design and operations colleagues to set direction, prototype quickly and put in place the measurement and processes needed to scale. This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving, ambiguous startup setting.

What you'll do

- Lead new AI products from initial problem definition through launch and iteration.

- Set product strategy, shape the roadmap and make clear trade-offs in a fast-changing environment.

- Partner with engineering and design to prototype quickly using current AI capabilities.

- Design experiences that pair automation with human review, escalation and operational controls.

- Define how the team will judge whether a product is accurate, dependable, safe and valuable to the business.

- Work alongside operations colleagues, refine day-to-day workflows and keep a steady loop of input flowing between users and internal teams.

- Set up team routines, metrics and processes so that products that work can grow.

- Weigh quantitative results alongside user comments to decide what to work on next and keep refining the product.

- Experience building products for process-heavy, multi-stakeholder domains with significant operational complexity.

- Hands-on, customer-facing product work, comfortable working directly with operations teams and end users.

- A background that combines a well-known large technology company with an early-stage startup.

- Enough technical fluency to discuss tooling with engineers and prototype ideas yourself.

- Strong customer empathy and a bias toward action in ambiguous environments.

- Able to work in the office three days a week, Tuesday through Thursday.
