About Us:

Homebound is on a mission to make it possible for anyone, anywhere, to build a home using technology. Created by an experienced team of construction, real estate, design, and technology experts, Homebound is transforming the residential construction industry by improving the costly and inefficient process of building a home.

We’ve created an entirely new way to build homes with technology powering every stage from start to finish to provide a seamless experience for our customers. Homeowners across the country can choose where they want to live, select a home plan that’s perfect for them, then personalize and buy it, all online. Homebound has raised $150M in capital from leading venture capitalists like Google, Khosla, Thrive Ventures, and we’re scaling quickly in places like Texas, Colorado and Florida. Come build your future with us.

About the Role

We’re excited to bring on a Senior Product Manager to lead the Apps Squad, the team responsible for Homebound’s customer- and partner-facing digital experiences - including Online Buying , Homeowner Journey , Trade Network, Field App and new interactive experiences that bring our homes and communities to life.

This squad builds the products that make Homebound’s experience magical for everyone outside our walls - guiding homebuyers through design personalization, construction progress, and warranty support, while enabling our trade partners to collaborate seamlessly.

As Senior Product Manager, you’ll own the roadmap and strategy for these experiences, working closely with design, engineering, marketing, and operations to deliver intuitive, high-quality digital products that delight users and strengthen our brand. You’ll balance user empathy and creative vision with a bias for measurable impact and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead the Apps Squad: Own the roadmap and execution for all customer- and trade-facing applications: Checkout, Homeowner Portal, Trade Portal, and new model home experiences.

  • Deliver beautiful, intuitive user experiences: Collaborate closely with design to create polished, high-performing digital products that reflect Homebound’s brand and simplify complex journeys.

  • Translate customer insights into action: Talk directly with users - homebuyers, homeowners, and trade partners - to uncover pain points, test concepts, and validate solutions.

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle: Write product briefs, define user stories, prioritize backlogs, and acceptance test releases to ensure every product meets Homebound’s standards for quality and usability.

  • Partner cross-functionally: Work with marketing, operations, and engineering to ensure smooth launches and adoption across multiple audiences.

  • Champion experimentation and iteration: Use analytics and user feedback to measure engagement, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.

  • Shape the future of the Homebound experience: Lead discovery for new digital products - including our next-generation model home and suburban experience - from concept to prototype to launch.

  • Align business goals with user needs: Balance creative, human-centered design with data-driven decision-making to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Bring
  • 5+ years of product management experience building digital consumer or partner-facing products.

  • A strong track record of delivering exceptional user experiences, ideally across web and mobile.

  • Experience leading cross-functional squads of engineers, designers, and stakeholders through the full product lifecycle.

  • Deep user empathy and qualitative research instincts - you naturally seek to understand users’ goals and emotions.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align creative, technical, and business perspectives.

  • Comfort working with analytics tools and user data to inform prioritization and measure impact.

  • Experience in proptech, e-commerce, or consumer apps is a strong plus.

  • A creative, resourceful mindset - you thrive in ambiguity and love transforming ideas into polished, impactful products.

Our Commitment:

We are focused on building a diverse and inclusive workforce. If you’re excited about this role, but do not meet 100% of the qualifications listed above, we encourage you to apply. To apply, please submit an application with your resume on the Career’s page.
